I have stayed more than 36 days in your Hotel from


Aug 2016 to July 2017. Based on these stay I would like to provide you my following comments.

1. Maintenance department is the worst :


a. All lights will not glow in the room.
b. All channels will not work in the TV set top box
c. Before renovation, water flow was not good in all the rooms.
d. Nobody bothers to solve the issues permanently, simply postpone the issues
e. Even if the guest makes complaints, they don’t take it seriously
f. Simply blame the store or manager
2. House keeping department is the second worst
a. After check out they don’t record all the problems
b. Before the room is ready they don’t verify whether all are working
c. They don’t bother to clear the cigarette smoke after check out.
d. Most of the time Tissue Roll in the toilet will not be there.
e. Many times, Disinfected Paper ribbon will be there without proper cleaning
3. Room Service is slightly better except the delay and available items in the menu.
4. Bell boy : Always take more than 10 minutes to reach the room for taking the luggage before
5. Reception : If we make any complaints , they will neither take immediate action nor record it
for the following day action.
6. INTERNET : it has never worked properly even a single day. In my last trip, it was not at all
working
7. Morning Breakfast : Most of the days it was not a buffet beak fast because the guest count
was in single digit.
a. During the Buffet breakfast days all items will not be there
b. Some days earlier night items will be served.
c. While Sambar & Medu Vadai were best out of your menu, chatnies were the worst.
8. Your software for booking rooms and billing was very old & DOS based.
a. Hence Billing format is not that good
b. My company wants bill shall be in my company name and my shall be as Guest to be
mentioned below, but this is not possible in your existing software.
9. Four wheeler & TWO wheeler parking can be made still better to give a better look.
10. Reception area is full of Mosquitos and Air-conditioning is not good
11. Lift logic has to be improved: on idle condition it has to wait in the ground level and
consecutive request shall have to registered without a PAUSE
12. The owner may have to bribe the corporation to maintain the road and clean the debris
below the bridge

The property is good, if it is maintained properly, 80% occupancy can be achieved.
