“TABLES, GRAPH AND CHART”

1. DEFINITION TABLES, GRAPHS AND CHARTS
The table is a list that contains an overview of a number of data information that is usually in
the form of words or numbers arranged with the dividing line. While the chart is a picture /
sketch opaque to demonstrate or explain something. Data and information to be conveyed is
realized through images. Exist in the form of a diagram chart has diverse forms, among others:
circles, lines, trees, and trunk. While the graphics are painting pictures / line to determine the
rise and fall of a state.

A. TABLE

Example of table

The table is a list of large amounts of data information that is usually in the form of numbers /
words arranged in applying the sequence down in columns / rows specified by the line of
demarcation that can be easily observed.
The sections in the table is the table headings, columns / rows of a table, row / column table,
the contents of the table, the data table, the table column description, description of table
rows, the source of data / information table.

B. DIAGRAM (ROD AND CIRCLE)

example of diagram

The diagram is a simple image using lines and symbols to describe the structure of a particular
object in outline.

The parts in the diagram is the title diagrams, diagram, line pointer / arrow diagrams, data /
figures diagrams, charts sources.

C. GRAPH
Graph or Chart is a picture of tidal state and illustrated with
line drawings. The data of the table can be made into a
graph that looks clear picture of the data.

Difference Between Graphic And Characteristics 2

Dimensions And 3 Dimensions

Understanding Chart is a visualization table. Tables are

presented in the form of figures can be presented /
displayed in the form of images.
Types of graphs, there are several kinds of graphs which are

1. Bar graphs (histogram) is used to emphasize the differences in the level of value and some
aspects. For example, the graph Adjustment goods.

2. The line graph is used to describe the development / changes from time to time. For
example, body growth chart.

While the Computer Graphics is a branch of computer science to make da manipulate images
digitally. The basic form of computer graphics is

1. Graph 2 dimensions

2. Graph 3-dimensional

Many common forms of visualization such as football players, artists, singers, etc. Which is the
result of image processing and visualization processing to form the pattern that would take a
very difficult process.

Part of computer graphics:

1. Geometry is to learn how to draw surface.

2. Animation is learning how to manipulate and draw movement.

3. Rendering is studying algorithms to show the effects of light.

4. The image processing is to learn how to capture and penyutingan image.

Type - there are two types of computer graphics, the graphics vector and bitmap graphics.

1. The graph is a graph-based vector magnitude and direction.

2. The graph is a graph-based bitmap lines and curves.

Traits - traits vector graphics and bitmap graphics.

1. Graph vector consists of curves and lines, resolution independent, small storage space, image
and color simple.

2. Graphics bitmap: consists of a set of pixels and a certain color, resolution-dependent, large
storage space, the resulting image and good color.

Differences and characteristics of 2D vs 3D:

2 Dimensions:
1. Display can only be viewed from the front and the back or flat.

2. Only have the coordinates X, Y

3. Only the length and width.

4. Frame limited screen

5. Do not use light effects.

6. Staining just using the basic colors.

3 Dimensions:

1. The display can be viewed from different directions, left-right-front-back-up-down.

2. Has the coordinates X, Y, Z

3. Has the length, width, and height.

4. Frame wider screen.

5. Many uses light effects.

6. Staining with colors that are more complex, and gradations of color more complicated.

 Finding Information in Graphs, Tables, and Charts

After knowing the definition of graphs, tables, and charts along with examples, in this article
you will be taught how to search for information in it. Finding information in graphs, tables, and
charts can use several stages, as follows :

a. Read the title of graphs, tables, and charts.

b. Note the information contained in the image.

c. Note any differences of each image.

 Change in Information Graphics, Tables, and Charts Being Some Sentences

Change the information from a chart, table, and chart into a few sentences aims to help the
reader understand the contents. Outlines activities charts, tables, and charts into a meaningful
sentence translates into a discourse, so it will be understood.
