This course introduces Operations Research principles and practices in decision making. The course
focuses on mathematical programming techniques such as linear programming (the Simplex
Method, duality and sensitivity analysis), network optimization methodologies (including
transportation and assignment problems).

Bussiness Communication and Technical Reprot Writing

This course will provide the learners with opportunity to apply principles of effective communication
to master Business Correspondence and technical writing. Attention to analysing: audience, subject
and purpose; designing visual aids; utilizing web 2.0 technologies to enhance communication.

Organizational Development and Change Management


Pre-request: Introduction to management information systems

This course provides the learners with the necessary knowledge and skills required in the modern
organization development. The course will focus on building learners managerial and technical
competencies to identify weaknesses and provide competitive solutions, also crafting and
implementing the planned change in a total system; ranging from a simple work unit through a
company division up to an entire organization.

The main objective of the MIS degree is to train professionals capable of performing management,
advisory and evaluation tasks in productive organizations. These tasks can be developed in the
global scope of the organization or in any of its functional areas: production, human resources,
financing, marketing, administration or accounting.

With regard to this subject, it begins with the study of the process of Strategic Management of the
Company. this subjects are intended to provide an overview of the company from the perspective of
its senior management. The subject 'Strategic Direction of Company I' studies the fundamentals of

This course will address topics in software quality assurance. Defect prevention and correction,
