 Place the samples in a cup with just the end touching the water line and time how
long it takes to rise to the top.

 Measure how long the fabric stretches without breaking, ripping, or tarring
 elastic recovery
 Use the weighted clip board to stretch the fabric and see if it goes back to its
original place.
