7/7/18 - 6300-Blk Broad St. - 21:25 - Units responded to an outside fire, it was alleged that Virgil Presgraves, 58 of The
Plains, had an altercation with the caller, and threw a flammable substance on the callers building causing it to catch fire.
Mr. Pesgraves was tracked by K-9 deputies and arrested for two (2) Felony Manufacturing, Possession of a Fire Bomb,
Explosive Materials or Devises, and one (1) Felony Burning or Destroying an Occupied Building.

Schedule I,II Controlled Substances, and one (1) Misdemeanor Possess, Distribute Controlled Paraphernalia out of
Culpeper Co.
7/8/18 - Multiple Locations - Suspicious Occurrence - Several residents reported finding KKK flyers in a bag of bird seed
and rice. Investigation is on-going.
7/8/18 - 700-Blk James Madison Hwy. - 12:55 - John Hamlet, 42 of Fairfax, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

for an extended period of time.
