Dear Atty. Estenzo,

I am writing to you as an expression of my intent to transfer
from   Juris   Doctor   (JD)   to   Legum   Baccalaueus   this   coming   first
semester of school year 2018 – 2019. I am an incoming third year and
currently working full time. My decision to transfer is largely based
on my desire to sustain a better balance between work and study. I
understand that JD is relatively more demanding of time compared to
LLB,   hence,   I   deem   it   best   for   me   to   pursue   the   latter   course
considering the constraints imposed by my work schedule.

As required, I have attached herein a draft copy of my grades from
the previous semesters.
