Firstly, to express the satisfaction for the development of the important subject as this,
contained in the academic program of my professional career, this will be of significant
support for a correct development in the labor field and to always have control of the
responsibilities that I will assume in the future, I believe that developing topics like this
one will also develop our analytical and interpretative capacity even more; then this in
the future will be of great help in the business and organizational environment to evaluate
in detail, plan positively and strategically, lead cooperatively and solve problems
methodically.

I'm sure the work area in which the future I unwrap me is very competitive and so I believe
that without proper academic background would be impossible to identify and solve
problems that often occur in the corporate environment.

That's why it generates in myself again motivation and something that while identified as
a passion that is as a value added to our preparation and academic training at the end feel
the satisfaction of having put will and dedication during the academic process, because
that will lead to having a privileged place in society as a competitive and willing to accept
challenges to test my ability, and that too will awaken in my even greater professional
and personal ambitions posed as objective and outlined goals professional and to achieve

I. BACKGROUND

APEC is a multilateral forum created in 1989 in order to consolidate the growth and
prosperity of the Pacific countries, which addresses issues related to trade,
economic coordination and cooperation among its members.

As a mechanism for cooperation and economic coordination, it is aimed at

promoting and facilitating trade, investment, economic and technical cooperation
and regional economic development of the countries and territories of the Pacific
Ocean basin. Promoting an inclusive, equitable and sustainable economic growth

The sum of the gross national product of the twenty economies that make up APEC
equivalent to 56% of world production, while as a whole account for 46% of global
trade.

APEC has no formal treaty. Its decisions are taken by consensus and it works based

the member countries is hosting the annual meeting of the APEC.

On the other hand, Foreign Minister Ricardo Luna stressed that our country is the
only second time in organizing the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. APEC,
said:

"We are the only economy forum that has had this privilege. On that first
occasion, meetings were surrounded by the context of the crisis in the US
mortgage system, which generated a global impact, "said Foreign Minister
Ricardo Luna in an interview with El Peruano.

Said Foreign Minister said that this situation reflects the state policy to strengthen
Peru's relations with the Asia-Pacific region, which has been more dynamic and
