JERRY: My name is Jerry. It is a pleasure to meet you.

JERRY: I’m very well. Thank you for having me.

RODRIGO: Can you tell us something about you?

JERRY: I graduated from Inacap University, as a Senior Technician in Telecommunications
and Connectivity and Networks, I am currently studying to be an Engineer, I have 5
years of experience in the company. Urbaser Danner, company in which my

RODRIGO: What special aspects of your work experience have prepared you for this job?
JERRY: I have very good leadership qualities, as well as organizational and time
management skills, my mayor strength is a problem solving.
RODRIGO: Do you prefer working alone or in groups?
JERRY: I feel qualified to work in both ways, but I prefer a team work.
RODRIGO: What special aspects of your education have prepared you for this job?
JERRY: I am qualified to manage networks in telecommunications, I have developed
specialized skills such as commitment, entrepreneurial ability, self-management
and mastery of my specialty.
RODRIGO: How does this job fit in with your overall career goals?
JERRY: is to put into practice all my knowledge and skills, that gives me the opportunity to
achieve all my goals, and that it offers me the opportunity to grow in the work and
personal area.
RODRIGO: What things give you the greatest satisfaction at work?
JERRY: my satisfaction is the formation and the labor development, the personal growth,
the motivation to the challenge and to socialize with new people.
RODRIGO: In your work experience, what have you done that you considered truly creative?
JERRY: the ability to create new network projects, for communications and data transfers.
RODRIGO: The last time you did not know what decision to make, what did you do?
JERRY: I happened to my work team, to receive advice or suggestions, I believe that with
the support of a team, we form a good organization.
RODRIGO: How do you keep up with what’s going on in your company?
JERRY: I keep visualizing the intranet or in corporate meetings.
RODRIGO: What are your standards of success in your job?
JERRY: have a positive attitude, ability to listen to others, commitment, make a
continuous improvement day by day.
RODRIGO: How do you get people who do not want to work together to establish a common approach to
a problem?
JERRY: perform some recreational activities for a good coexistence.

RODRIGO: Have you made any individual presentations recently? How did you prepare?
JERRY: f, studying the university, I present many presentations and reports, I prepare
myself by studying the topics to be discussed.
RODRIGO: Would you rather write a report or give a verbal report? Why?
JERRY: I prefer to do both; the report will help me with the research and the presentation
to expose the studied.
RODRIGO: What has been the highest pressure situation you have been under in recent years? How did
you cope with it?
JERRY: I have not had major complications with my work.

JERRY: Of course, I would like to know the following questions
