Baked Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
4 cups cornflakes cereal
2 egg whites
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking pan
lined with foil
2. In a large, shallow bowl, crush the corn cereal to 1cup. Mix the corn
cereal together with oregano and garlic salt.
3. Place the flour in a small bowl
4. In another small bowl, thoroughly beat the egg whites and water
5. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 12 sticks approximately 2 ¾ inches in
length. Dip the cheese sticks in the flour, then the eggs, then the
cereal mixture. Repeat dipping the stick in the egg and cereal
mixture. Arrange cheese sticks on the baking pan. Allow the sticks to
set for 30 minutes.
6. Bake in the preheated oven about 8 minutes until cheese is soft and
sticks are lightly browned.

Directions
1. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F
2. Separate the onion slices into rings, and set aside
3. In a small bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together
4. Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated; set aside
5. Wisk the egg and milk into the flour mixture
6. Dip floured rings into the into the batter and place on a rack with tin foil
underneath until they stop dripping batter
7. Spread the bread crumbs out on a plate or shallow dish
8. Coat the rings in the crumbs
9. Deep fry the rings a few at a time for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
10. Place the cooked rings on a plate with paper towels to get rid of excess oil
and then serve.

Salsa for Tacos or Chips
Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
Directions
1. Stir together tomatoes, sugar, oregano, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and
pepper sauce.
2. Break up large tomato pieces.
3. Stir in green pepper and onion.
4. Let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving for best flavor mix.

Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread
Directions
1. Mix diced tomatoes (juice and all), minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, 3/4
cup Parmesan cheese (keep the rest for later), basil, and salt and pepper (to
taste).
2. Allow to stand for several hours to marinade.
3. Slice bread at an angle, brush one side with melted butter, and broil on each
side until brown.
4. Spoon tomato mixture onto bread, and top with reserved Parmesan. Broil
until cheese has melted.
5. Best when served immediately to avoid getting soggy.
Ingredients may be adjusted depending on your taste.

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
Ingredients
8 slices of bacon
2 ½ cups milk
Directions
1. In a large sauce pan, cook the bacon until crisp; remove and set aside.
2. Drain all but 3 tablespoons of the bacon fat from the pan.
3. Brown onions in the bacon fat over medium heat.
4. Add potatoes and enough water to cover them cover and cook until potatoes
are tender.
5. Stir together the soup and milk until smooth than add it to the potato
mixture. Heat but Do NOT Boil.
6. Add salt, pepper, and dill weed. Crumble bacon and then stir tell well
mixed.

Peperoni Caesar Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1½ cup shell pasta
Directions
1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the pasta in boiling
water, stirring occasionally until cooked and drain.
2. Combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and broccoli in a large bow and fold
in the pasta
3. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing and toss to combine
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve

7up Salad
Ingredients
2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 (12 oz.) bottle of 7-Up
4 diced bananas
2 cups diced marshmallows
Toping
1 well beaten egg
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup sugar
1tablespoon flour
½ cup pineapple juice
1 cup Cool Whip/whipping cream whipped
Directions
1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water add pineapple and chill until slightly thick
2. Add 7up, bananas, and marshmallow than let set until firm
Topping
1. Mix egg, butter, sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Cook until thick and
then cool.
2. Fold Cool Whip into topping and spread on top of Jell-O mixture

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
Dressing
4 tablespoon sugar
½ cup oil
Directions
1. Toss all the salad ingredients together
2. Shake the dressing together
3. Pour dressing on top of salad

Ingredients
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti
2. Cook bacon until crisp and save1 table spoon oil.
3. Cook onion and garlic in bacon fat
4. Add everything but the bacon and cook until it is warmed all the way
through stirring occasionally.
5. Toss the bacon in

Korean Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup sugar
Directions
1. Score thighs
2. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken
3. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours
4. Cook over red hot coals, gas grill or 6 inches from broiler until meat is white
inside.

Easy Enchiladas
Ingredients
1 can enchilada sauce
Grated cheese
Directions
1. Mix enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup, onion, green pepper, and
chicken pieces.
2. Tear tortillas and stir into sauce mixture
3. Place in pan and sprinkle grated cheese over the top
4. Bake at 375ºF for 20 min

Ingredients
½ cup margarine
Directions
1. Melt margarine in a skillet
2. Add packet of dressing
3. Mix well and add the peas and carrots.
4. Heat until warm
5. Toss with pasta
6. Add the chicken

Easy Meat Loaf
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs beaten
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease an 8-inch square baking dish
2. Combine ground beef, rolled oats, French onion soup, and eggs in a bowl
until thoroughly combined and then transfer to the prepared baking dish
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the meat loaf is no longer pink in the
middle or when it reaches at least 160 degrees F.

Pita Pizza
Ingredients
1 pita bread round
Directions
1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat
2. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce
3. Top with cheese and mushrooms
4. Season with garlic salt
5. Lightly oil grill grate and place pita pizza on the grill
6. Cover and cook until cheese completely melts

Ingredients
3 slices leftover pizza
2 tablespoon milk
3 eggs
Directions
1. Scrape the cheese and toppings off the pizza crust and discard the crust
2. Heat the toppings and milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat until
combined and remove from heat
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
4. Whisk eggs, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
5. Add eggs and don’t stir for 1 minuet

Ingredients
1lb hamburger
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together Except the sweet and sour sauce
2. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls
3. Cook in a pan over medium heat until brown
4. Place in a crock pot with sweet and sour sauce on low temperature
5. for 3-4 hours

Ingredients
1 lb. ground hamburger
¼ teaspoon salt
3Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons mustard
1Tablespoon vinegar

1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, brown meat and onions
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Adjust ketchup, mustard and vinegar to taste
4. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Ingredients
10 chicken breasts
½ cup butter
Directions
1. Boil Chicken and cut into small pieces
2. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 inch pan
3. Mix the sour cream and cream of chicken soup than spread it over the
chicken
4. Mix the butter and the crackers together and sprinkle on the top.
5. Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the top
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40minutes uncovered

Ingredients
3-4 yams
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Bake yams in oven until done
2. Peel and blend in a food processor/
3. Place in a saucepan over medium heat with the butter and lemon juice
4. Pound cookies into crumbs and add to the mixture
5. Stirring occasionally, cook until thick.
6. Place in a baking pan and cover with marshmallows
7. Bake until marshmallows melt then broil until brown

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil
2. Add garlic and cook until garlic is lightly browned stirring frequently
3. Stir in green beans and season with salt and pepper

5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

1 can cream corn

¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add eggs, milk, corn, and butter
3. Put in a greased 9x9 inch pan or a 9x13 inch pan if doubled
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour

18-24 pearl white peeled onions
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
2 cup milk
Directions
1. Cook onions in boiling salted water until tender
2. Drain and leave in the pan
3. In a small sauce pan melt butter on low hear.
4. Blend in the flour, salt, and pepper until bubbly
5. Stir in milk
6. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce is thick and boils 1 minute
7. Pour over drained onions and heat slowly until bubbly

Ingredients
1 can kidney beans
½ pkg. bacon
½ cup ketchup
Directions
1. Cook bacon and crumble it
2. Mix all the ingredients together and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F

Funeral Potatoes
Ingredients
12 Large potatoes or 1 (32os.) bag frozen cubed hash browns
Directions
1. (If using hash browns, skip this step.) Peel potatoes and cube. Boil until
tender.
2. Put the drained potatoes into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Combine the soup, sour cream, cheese, ½ cup butter, and onions in a mixing
bowl
4. Combine sauce with the potatoes
5. Mix the cornflakes and the 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle it on
top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-60minuets depending on how soft the potatoes
were when you put them in the oven

Ingredients
5 potatoes sliced
Directions
1. Layer potatoes, cheese, ham, and onions in a slow cooker
2. Top with the soup
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes
8 slices of bacon
4 Tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 1 hour when done let cook for
10 minutes
2. Brown and crumble the bacon
3. Slice the potatoes in halves and scoop the flesh into a large bowl and save
the skins
4. Mix with the potato flesh mix sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, ½ cup
cheese, and ½ onions. Mix with a hand mixer until well mixed and creamy.
5. Put the mixture into the back into the skins
6. Top with the remaining cheese, onions, and bacon.

BYU-Idaho Potato Skins
Ingredients
8 Large potatoes
Directions
1. Clean and dry potatoes and poke all over with a fork and place on a foil
covered baking sheet then drizzle olive oil over potatoes
2. Place baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and bake potatoes until
done.
3. Mix together the sour cream and chives; cover and refrigerate until potatoes
skins are ready to serve
4. When the potatoes are fully cooked cut them in half lengthwise. Scrape out
the flesh with a spoon and discard, but leave a little bit of potato on the
skins.
5. Heat the oil in a large pan until 375 degrees F
6. Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown and then drain on some paper
towels
7. Once fried stuff the skins with crumbled bacon, cheese, and green onions.
Bake at 350 degrees on a foil-covered baking sheet until cheese is melted.
Serve warm with the chilled sour cream mixture

Grilled Onion Potatoes
Ingredients
5 medium baking potatoes
Directions
1. Cut each potato into 5 slices
2. Place onion between the slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Reassemble each potato and place them on a double layer of heavy duty foil
4. Pour 2-4 tablespoons of salad dressing over each potato
5. Rap foil around potatoes and seal tightly
6. Grill over medium heat for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender

6 medium potatoes boiled with skins on
Directions
1. Skin and chill the boiled potatoes
2. Grate chilled potatoes and mix with the scallions
3. Add 1 cup grated cheese then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika

5. Top with the last ½ cup cheese
6. Chill for several hours
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg
Directions
1. In a small saucepan, heat milk, water and butter until very warm, 120 degrees F (50 degrees
C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together 1 3/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix milk mixture into flour
mixture, and then mix in egg. Stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after
each addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface,
and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
3. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into smooth balls, and place on a greased baking
sheet. Flatten slightly. Cover, and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. For Hot Dog Buns: Shape each piece into a 6x4 inch rectangle. Starting with the longer side,
roll up tightly, and pinch edges and ends to seal. Let rise about 20 to 25 minutes. Bake as
above. These buns are pretty big. I usually make 16 instead of 12.

Carillon Bell Tower Breadsticks
Ingredients
24 frozen dinner rolls thawed but still cold
24 wooden chopsticks
Directions
1. Roll out each roll to be six inches long and wrap around the chopsticks
leaving two inches at the bottom for a handle
2. Place on a greased baking sheet
3. Cover with a light cloth and let rise until doubled in size about 30 minutes

Cinnamon Twists Cougar Tails
Ingredients
48 frozen dinner rolls thawed but still cold
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions
1. Roll 2 rolls together into a 12 inch rope
2. Place a finger in the middle of the rope and then twist the two ropes together
3. Pinch together the ends and place on a greased baking sheet about ½ inch
apart
4. Mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar and then sprinkle over the rolls
5. Let rise in the warm oven for 15 minutes
6. Increase the temperature to 375 degrees F and cook for another 25-27
minutes
7. Let cool on a wire rack
8. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla until
smooth
9. Spoon the glaze over the twist once cooled slightly

Banana Bread
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas smashed
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Directions
1. Cream butter with sugar and eg
2. Beat till light and fluffy
3. Sift together flour and salt
4. Mix the two together
5. Dissolve baking soda in warm water and add to the mixture
6. Blend in mashed bananas
7. Bake in a well-greased pan at 325 degrees F for one hour and 5min
8. Let stand 5min before removing from the pan

Ingredients
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup flour
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
1egg
1¼ cup milk
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients together and mix well
2. Cut in shortening in until well blended
3. Beat eggs and milk together until just blended
4. Pour into a well-greased 8inch baking dish
5. Cook at 400 degrees F for 25minutes or until they are medium brown

Ingredients
3 eggs well beaten
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Mix eggs, zucchini, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, and oil tell well mixed
2. Mix the rest of ingredients together until moist
3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour

Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup blueberries
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Coat a nonstick 12 cup muffing pan with cooking spray or lane with paper
cups
3. In a large bowl stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
together
4. In a small bowl mix milk, canola oil, and egg.
5. Mix the two together until moist
6. Fold in blueberries
7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 18-20minutes until golden

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
¼ cup butter
2 eggs
1½ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup milk
Directions
1. Mix together and pour into a greased bread pan
2. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
3. Let stand for 5 minutes
4. Top with ¼ cup sugar and juice from the lemon

Out of This World Rolls
Ingredients
2 pkg. yeast
½ cup shortening
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons salt
Directions
1. Dissolve yeast into ¼ cup warm water and set aside
2. Mix shortening, sugar, salt, eggs, and 1 cup warm water
3. Mix together with 2 ½ cups flour and beat until smooth
4. Add 2 cups flour to make soft dough
5. Cover and let rise for 1 ½ hours
6. Place in the fridge overnight
7. Remove from fridge and roll out and let rise for 3 more hours
8. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes

Pizza Crust
Ingredients
2 teaspoon slat
1¼ cup water
½ cup milk
2 pkg. yeast
Directions
1. Mix salt, oil, 1 teaspoon honey, 1cup water, and milk in a sauce pan.
2. Mix yeast in and ¼ cup warm water, and 1 teaspoon honey
3. Combine the mixtures together when the milk mixture is warm to the wrist
4. Pour in a bowl of 4 cups flour
5. Let rise for 30 minutes and roll out
6. Place with your favorite sauce and toppings
7. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15minutes

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Combine eggs, pumpkin, oil, and sugar
2. In another bowl remaining ingredients
3. Add the two together
4. Line 2 large loaf pans with waxed paper and pour in batter
5. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 ½ hours

Ingredients
4 cups sugar
3 eggs
½ cup oil
5 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
1. Mix together in a large bowl sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and oil.
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Blend together and bake in 3-4 loaf pans
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 1hour and 10minutes
5. Turn out of pans and cool

Whole Wheat Bread
Ingredients
2 Tablespoon yeast
1 ½ tablespoon salt
Directions
1. Mix the first six ingredients in a bread mixer or a large bowl until well
blended
2. Add flour to make a soft sough
3. Knead in a bread mixer for 10 minutes
4. Place in a large oiled bowl turning to dough to coat with oil
5. Let rise until dough is doubles in bulk
6. Punch down and let rest for 5-10 minutes for easier shaping
7. Shape into loaves or rolls
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes

Chicken and Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients
2 cups cubed chicken cooked
½ cup mayonnaise
Directions
1. Slice the mushrooms
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Put in a 7x12inch pan
4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1hour

Chicken Divan Casserole
Ingredients
2 (10oz) pkg. frozen broccoli or 2-3 heads of fresh broccoli
¾ cup mayonnaise
