Baked Cheese Sticks
Ingredients
4 cups cornflakes cereal

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic salt

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 egg whites

2 table spoons water

1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a medium baking pan
lined with foil
2. In a large, shallow bowl, crush the corn cereal to 1cup. Mix the corn
cereal together with oregano and garlic salt.
3. Place the flour in a small bowl
4. In another small bowl, thoroughly beat the egg whites and water
5. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 12 sticks approximately 2 ¾ inches in
length. Dip the cheese sticks in the flour, then the eggs, then the
cereal mixture. Repeat dipping the stick in the egg and cereal
mixture. Arrange cheese sticks on the baking pan. Allow the sticks to
set for 30 minutes.
6. Bake in the preheated oven about 8 minutes until cheese is soft and
sticks are lightly browned.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings
Ingredients
1 1arge onion cut into ¼ inch slices

1¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1egg

1 cup milk, or as needed

¾ cup dry bread crumbs

Salt to taste

1 quart oil for frying, or as needed

Directions
1. Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 365 degrees F
2. Separate the onion slices into rings, and set aside
3. In a small bowl, stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together
4. Dip the onion slices into the flour mixture until they are all coated; set aside
5. Wisk the egg and milk into the flour mixture
6. Dip floured rings into the into the batter and place on a rack with tin foil
underneath until they stop dripping batter
7. Spread the bread crumbs out on a plate or shallow dish
8. Coat the rings in the crumbs
9. Deep fry the rings a few at a time for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
10. Place the cooked rings on a plate with paper towels to get rid of excess oil
and then serve.

Salsa for Tacos or Chips
Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

1 tsp. sugar

3/4 tsp. oregano

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

1/4 c. onion, chopped

Directions
1. Stir together tomatoes, sugar, oregano, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and
pepper sauce.
2. Break up large tomato pieces.
3. Stir in green pepper and onion.
4. Let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving for best flavor mix.

Bruschetta
Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread

5 medium tomatoes (chopped)

3-4 cloves minced garlic

juice from 1/2 lime

1/4 cup Bertolli extra virgin olive oil

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese


1 tbs fresh basil
salt and pepper

Melted butter for toasting bread

Directions
1. Mix diced tomatoes (juice and all), minced garlic, olive oil, lime juice, 3/4
cup Parmesan cheese (keep the rest for later), basil, and salt and pepper (to
taste).
2. Allow to stand for several hours to marinade.
3. Slice bread at an angle, brush one side with melted butter, and broil on each
side until brown.
4. Spoon tomato mixture onto bread, and top with reserved Parmesan. Broil
until cheese has melted.
5. Best when served immediately to avoid getting soggy.
Ingredients may be adjusted depending on your taste.

Cold Fruit Explosion Soup
Ingredients
4 cups cubed watermelon

2 cups cubed honeydew

2 cups fresh blueberries divided

1 ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger rood

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions
1. Blend watermelon, honeydew, and half of the blueberries in a blender until
smooth.
2. Add the ginger and nutmeg and blend again
3. Pour the soup in to bowls and stir in remaining blueberries

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
Ingredients
8 slices of bacon

1 cup chopped onion

4 cups cubed potatoes

2 (10.5oz) cans cream of chicken soup

2 ½ cups milk

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions
1. In a large sauce pan, cook the bacon until crisp; remove and set aside.
2. Drain all but 3 tablespoons of the bacon fat from the pan.
3. Brown onions in the bacon fat over medium heat.
4. Add potatoes and enough water to cover them cover and cook until potatoes
are tender.
5. Stir together the soup and milk until smooth than add it to the potato
mixture. Heat but Do NOT Boil.
6. Add salt, pepper, and dill weed. Crumble bacon and then stir tell well
mixed.

You can also leave some bacon for a garnish.

Peperoni Caesar Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1½ cup shell pasta

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (3.25 ounce) package sliced pepperoni, quartered

1 cup fresh broccoli

½ cup prepared Caesar salad dressing

Directions
1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the pasta in boiling
water, stirring occasionally until cooked and drain.
2. Combine mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and broccoli in a large bow and fold
in the pasta
3. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing and toss to combine
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve

7up Salad
Ingredients
2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
1 cup (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 (12 oz.) bottle of 7-Up
4 diced bananas
2 cups diced marshmallows
Toping
1 well beaten egg
2 tablespoon butter
½ cup sugar
1tablespoon flour
½ cup pineapple juice
1 cup Cool Whip/whipping cream whipped

Directions
1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water add pineapple and chill until slightly thick
2. Add 7up, bananas, and marshmallow than let set until firm

Topping

1. Mix egg, butter, sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Cook until thick and
then cool.
2. Fold Cool Whip into topping and spread on top of Jell-O mixture

Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped

½ Head of lettuce chopped

Celery, mushrooms, scallions sliced or chopped

Dry Top Ramen crushed

Dressing

6 tablespoon sider vinegar

4 tablespoon sugar

½ cup oil

¼ cup soy sauce

Directions
1. Toss all the salad ingredients together
2. Shake the dressing together
3. Pour dressing on top of salad

Chicken Carbonara
Ingredients
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

8 slices bacon, cut into ½ pieces

1 medium onion chopped

1-2 cloves garlic

2 cup chicken cut up

½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese

½ cup heavy whipping cream

Directions
1. Cook the spaghetti
2. Cook bacon until crisp and save1 table spoon oil.
3. Cook onion and garlic in bacon fat
4. Add everything but the bacon and cook until it is warmed all the way
through stirring occasionally.
5. Toss the bacon in

Korean Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

½ bunch green onions, finely chopped

2-3 cloves minced garlic

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions
1. Score thighs
2. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken
3. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours
4. Cook over red hot coals, gas grill or 6 inches from broiler until meat is white
inside.

Easy Enchiladas
Ingredients
1 can enchilada sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ medium onion chopped

¾ cup chopped green pepper

Chopped boiled chicken breasts

1 doz. Flour tortillas

Grated cheese

Directions
1. Mix enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup, onion, green pepper, and
chicken pieces.
2. Tear tortillas and stir into sauce mixture
3. Place in pan and sprinkle grated cheese over the top
4. Bake at 375ºF for 20 min

Ranch Noodle with Chicken
Ingredients
½ cup margarine

1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing

2/3 cup frozen peas and carrots

2 cup cooked and cubed chicken

4 cups pasta cooked as directed

Directions
1. Melt margarine in a skillet
2. Add packet of dressing
3. Mix well and add the peas and carrots.
4. Heat until warm
5. Toss with pasta
6. Add the chicken

Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
Beef strips or hamburger cooked

One medium onion

Mushrooms to your tasting

1-2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 cup sour cream

1 cup tomatoes, pureed (optional)

Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

Directions
1. Sauté onions and mushrooms
2. Add remaining ingredients
3. Heat all the way through

Easy Meat Loaf
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef

1 ½ cup rolled oats

1 (10.5 ounce) can French onion soup

2 eggs beaten

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease an 8-inch square baking dish
2. Combine ground beef, rolled oats, French onion soup, and eggs in a bowl
until thoroughly combined and then transfer to the prepared baking dish
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the meat loaf is no longer pink in the
middle or when it reaches at least 160 degrees F.

Ingredients
1 pita bread round

1 teaspoon olive oil

3 tablespoon pizza sauce

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup sliced crimini mushrooms

1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions
1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat
2. Spread one side of the pita with olive oil and pizza sauce
3. Top with cheese and mushrooms
4. Season with garlic salt
5. Lightly oil grill grate and place pita pizza on the grill
6. Cover and cook until cheese completely melts

Pizza Eggs
Ingredients
3 slices leftover pizza

2 tablespoon milk

3 eggs

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions
1. Scrape the cheese and toppings off the pizza crust and discard the crust
2. Heat the toppings and milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat until
combined and remove from heat
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat
4. Whisk eggs, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl
5. Add eggs and don’t stir for 1 minuet
6. Add the pizza topping to the eggs and cook stirring constantly until eggs
reach the desired consistency.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Ingredients
1lb hamburger

½ cup dry bread crumbs

¼ cup milk

2 Tablespoon finely chopped onions

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

2 cans Contadina sweet and sour sauce

Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together Except the sweet and sour sauce
2. Shape into 1 ½ inch balls
3. Cook in a pan over medium heat until brown
4. Place in a crock pot with sweet and sour sauce on low temperature
5. for 3-4 hours

Sloppy Joes
Ingredients
1 lb. ground hamburger

1 onion finely chopped

1 small can tomato sauce

¼ teaspoon salt

3Tablespoons ketchup

2 Tablespoons mustard

1Tablespoon vinegar

Directions
1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, brown meat and onions
2. Add the remaining ingredients
3. Adjust ketchup, mustard and vinegar to taste
4. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Chicken Deluxe
Ingredients
10 chicken breasts

1 ½ cup sour cream

2 cans cream of chicken soup

½ cup butter

2 cup crushed Ritz crackers

1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions
1. Boil Chicken and cut into small pieces
2. Arrange chicken in a 9x13 inch pan
3. Mix the sour cream and cream of chicken soup than spread it over the
chicken
4. Mix the butter and the crackers together and sprinkle on the top.
5. Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the top
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40minutes uncovered

Thanks Giving Yams
Ingredients
3-4 yams

2 tablespoons butter

1 table spoon lemon juice

16 oz. pkg. gingersnap cookies

16 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows

Directions
1. Bake yams in oven until done
2. Peel and blend in a food processor/
3. Place in a saucepan over medium heat with the butter and lemon juice
4. Pound cookies into crumbs and add to the mixture
5. Stirring occasionally, cook until thick.
6. Place in a baking pan and cover with marshmallows
7. Bake until marshmallows melt then broil until brown

Garlic Green Bean
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium head of garlic peeled and sliced

2 (14.5 oz.) cans green beans drained

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil
2. Add garlic and cook until garlic is lightly browned stirring frequently
3. Stir in green beans and season with salt and pepper
4. Cook until beans are tender
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Corn Pudding
Ingredients
1 can cream corn

¼ cup sugar

3 eggs well beaten

1 cube butter melted

3 rounded tablespoons flour

¾ cup milk

½ teaspoon salt and pepper

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon baking powder

Directions
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add eggs, milk, corn, and butter
3. Put in a greased 9x9 inch pan or a 9x13 inch pan if doubled
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour

Creamed Onions
Ingredients
18-24 pearl white peeled onions

4 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons butter

2 cup milk

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
1. Cook onions in boiling salted water until tender
2. Drain and leave in the pan
3. In a small sauce pan melt butter on low hear.
4. Blend in the flour, salt, and pepper until bubbly
5. Stir in milk
6. Continue to cook and stir until the sauce is thick and boils 1 minute
7. Pour over drained onions and heat slowly until bubbly

Baked Beans
Ingredients
1 can kidney beans

1 can garbanzo beans

1 can black beans

1 large can pork and beans

½ pkg. bacon

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup ketchup

1 cup chopped green onion

BBQ and Mustard to taste

Directions
1. Cook bacon and crumble it
2. Mix all the ingredients together and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F

Funeral Potatoes
Ingredients
12 Large potatoes or 1 (32os.) bag frozen cubed hash browns

2 (10.5oz.) cream of chicken soup

2 cup sour cream

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

½ cup melted butter

½ cup chopped onions

2 cups crushed cornflakes

2 Tablespoons butter melted

Directions
1. (If using hash browns, skip this step.) Peel potatoes and cube. Boil until
tender.
2. Put the drained potatoes into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. Combine the soup, sour cream, cheese, ½ cup butter, and onions in a mixing
bowl
4. Combine sauce with the potatoes
5. Mix the cornflakes and the 2 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkle it on
top.
6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-60minuets depending on how soft the potatoes
were when you put them in the oven

Potatoes and Ham
Ingredients
5 potatoes sliced

¼ pound Velveeta cheese cubed

1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

½ pounds diced ham

Half a small onion diced

Directions
1. Layer potatoes, cheese, ham, and onions in a slow cooker
2. Top with the soup
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 large baking potatoes

8 slices of bacon

1 cup sour cream

4 Tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided

8 green onions sliced and divided

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 1 hour when done let cook for
10 minutes
2. Brown and crumble the bacon
3. Slice the potatoes in halves and scoop the flesh into a large bowl and save
the skins
4. Mix with the potato flesh mix sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper, ½ cup
cheese, and ½ onions. Mix with a hand mixer until well mixed and creamy.
5. Put the mixture into the back into the skins
6. Top with the remaining cheese, onions, and bacon.

BYU-Idaho Potato Skins
Ingredients
8 Large potatoes

3 Tablespoons olive oil

½ cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon snipped fresh chives

2 cups canola oil

1½ cups cooked and crumbled bacon

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1-2 green onions sliced

Directions
1. Clean and dry potatoes and poke all over with a fork and place on a foil
covered baking sheet then drizzle olive oil over potatoes
2. Place baking sheet on the center rack of the oven and bake potatoes until
done.
3. Mix together the sour cream and chives; cover and refrigerate until potatoes
skins are ready to serve
4. When the potatoes are fully cooked cut them in half lengthwise. Scrape out
the flesh with a spoon and discard, but leave a little bit of potato on the
skins.
5. Heat the oil in a large pan until 375 degrees F
6. Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown and then drain on some paper
towels
7. Once fried stuff the skins with crumbled bacon, cheese, and green onions.
Bake at 350 degrees on a foil-covered baking sheet until cheese is melted.
Serve warm with the chilled sour cream mixture

Grilled Onion Potatoes
Ingredients
5 medium baking potatoes

1 small onion sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Directions
1. Cut each potato into 5 slices
2. Place onion between the slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper
3. Reassemble each potato and place them on a double layer of heavy duty foil
4. Pour 2-4 tablespoons of salad dressing over each potato
5. Rap foil around potatoes and seal tightly
6. Grill over medium heat for 50-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender

Potatoes Supreme
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes boiled with skins on

1pt. Sour cream

1 ½ cup grated sharp shedder cheese

1 bunch scallions minced

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Directions
1. Skin and chill the boiled potatoes
2. Grate chilled potatoes and mix with the scallions
3. Add 1 cup grated cheese then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika
4. Place in a greased casserole dish
5. Top with the last ½ cup cheese
6. Chill for several hours
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly

One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake
Ingredients
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom

1 cup water

¾ cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

¼ teaspoon paprika

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions
1. Mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and black pepper in a 2 quart shallow baking
dish
2. Top with chicken and season to your liking then cover
3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

½ pound chopped chicken breast meat

½ pound Italian sausage, casing removed

2 cloves of garlic minced

1 (10.5 oz.) French onion soup

1/3 cup picante sauce

1 cup instant white rice

½ pound cooked shrimp

½ cup frozen green peas

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet
2. Add chicken, sausage, and garlic to sauté until brown then drain fat
3. Stir in soup and sauce and heat to a boil
4. Stir in rice, shrimp, and peas
5. Cover skillet and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through

Onion Rice
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

1 red onion chopped

1 cup long-grain white rice

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups chicken broth

Directions
1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat
2. Stir in the onion and cook until almost tender
3. Stir in the rice and continue cooking until coated in oil
4. When the onions are tender and rice begins to brown lightly, season with
pepper and pour in the broth
5. Bring to a boil
6. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer for 20 minutes

3. Mix rice, sour cream, Monterey jack cheese in the prepared casserole dish
4. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the rice mixture
5. Bake in preheated oven until hot in the center about 30 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups water

1 cup uncooked rice

1 tablespoon butter

1 small onion chopped

1 garlic clove minced

1 pound ground beef

1 (8oz.) can sliced mushrooms drained

4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions
1. Bring the water to a boil and stir in rice
2. Reduce the heat and cover and simmer for 20 minutes
3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic
until tender.
4. Remove the onions and garlic
5. Cook the ground beef until no more pink shows
6. Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms into the meat.
7. Add the rice, salt pepper, rice and tomato sauce
8. Top with sliced cheese and allow it to melt on top

Ingredients
2 teaspoons butter

6 mushrooms coarsely chopped

1 garlic clove minced

1 green onion finely chopped

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup uncooked white rice

½ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
2. Cook mushrooms, garlic, and green onion until mushrooms are cooked and
liquid has evaporated
3. Stir in chicken broth and rice
4. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper
5. Reduce heat and cover for 20minutes

Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice, rinsed and drained

¼ cup diced onion

1 ½ cups coconut milk

¾ cup water

2 slices fresh ginger root

2 teaspoon curry powder

½ teaspoon salt

Directions

each addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface,

sheet. Flatten slightly. Cover, and let rise for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. For Hot Dog Buns: Shape each piece into a 6x4 inch rectangle. Starting with the longer side,
roll up tightly, and pinch edges and ends to seal. Let rise about 20 to 25 minutes. Bake as
above. These buns are pretty big. I usually make 16 instead of 12.

48 frozen dinner rolls thawed but still cold

1 tablespoon cinnamon

½ cup brown sugar

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

2. Place a finger in the middle of the rope and then twist the two ropes together

Lemon Bars
Ingredients
1 cup butter softened

½ cup white sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

4 eggs

1 ½ cups white sugar

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 lemons juiced

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a medium bowl, blend together softened butter. 2 cups flour, ½ cup sugar
3. Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13inch pan
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
5. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining cup of sugar, and flour.
6. Whisk in the eggs and lemon juice
7. Pour over baked crust
8. Bake for 20 minutes in a the oven
9. Bars will firm as they cool

Strawberry Pizza
Ingredients
Crust
1 cup soft butter
Dash of salt
½ cup powdered sugar
2 cups flour
Filling
8 oz. cream cheese
½ cup powdered sugar
Whipping cream
1 qt. washed sliced berries
½ jar strawberry glaze
Directions
1. Mix crust ingredients together
2. Pat in a pizza pan crust and bake at 325 degrees for 15minutes
3. Cram the cream cheese and powdered sugar together and put on baked curst
4. Add berries and glaze Top with whipped cream

Ingredients
2 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoon oil

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 egg

1Tablespoon salt

1 Tablespoon baking powder

4 cups flour

1 Tablespoon yeast

2. Roll out to ½ inch thickness
3. Let rise for 15 minutes

Russian Cream
Ingredients
1 pt. whipping cream

1 ½ cup sugar

2env. Unflavored gelatin

1 cup cold water

2 teaspoon vanilla

1 pt. sour cream, beaten

Raspberries

Directions
1. Mix whipping cream and sugar in saucepan
2. Heat until bubbly
3. Sprinkle gelatin in cold water and let stand 5 minutes
4. Mix gelatin with whipped cream mixture
5. Cool and fold in vanilla and sour cream
6. Pour into dishes and chill until set
7. Top with raspberries

Hot Fudge Topping
Ingredients
4 Tablespoons cocoa

2 cups sugar

4 Tablespoons flour

1 large can evaporated milk

1 cube butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
1. Mix cocoa, sugar, and flour
2. Add evaporated milk and butter
3. Boil 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly
4. If too thick add more mil
5. Keep in the fridge

Easy, Foolproof Dessert
Ingredients
20oz. can crush pineapple with juice

21 oz. can cherry pie filling

1 box yellow cake mix

½ cup melted butter

Directions
1. In a 9x13inch pan layer pineapple, cherry filling, cake mix, and butter.
2. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F
3. Serve warm or cool

Ingredients
1 lemon cake mix without the pudding in the mix

1 small lemon instant pudding

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

1 cup water

Glaze

½ cup powdered sugar

4 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions
1. Mix the cake ingredients together
2. Pour into two greased loaf pans
3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40minutes
4. Mix the glaze together and pour on top of cakes

Lemon Jell-O Cake
Ingredients
Cake

1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix

1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O

¼ cup water

4 eggs

¾ cup cooking oil

Icing

2 cups powder sugar

1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions
1. Beat all the cake ingredients together for four minutes
2. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees F for 30-40minutes
3. Mix icing
4. While hot poke with a fork and immediately poor frosting over top
5. Top with Cool Whip is desired

Lemon Delight
Ingredients
1box of instant Lemon Pudding

1 container thawed cool whip

Vanilla extract to taste

1-2 cans of mandarin oranges

Directions
1. Follow the directions on the pudding box and pour into a 9x13inch pan
2. Spread the cool whip on top (if desired add vanilla to cool whip)
3. Add mandarin oranges to the top and serve cold

Dutch oven Triple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1 chocolate cake mix

2 eggs

1¾ cup milk

4 oz. box of instant pudding

12 oz. chocolate chips

Directions
1. Preheat Dutch Oven
2. Mix the chocolate cake mix with eggs and milk
3. Add the pudding and stir well
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. Pour into preheated oven
6. Cook for 40 minutes

Don’t peak of 30-35 minutes

10-12 coals on bottom and 10-17 on top

Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
2 cups white sugar

½ cup milk

1 (7oz.) jar marshmallow crème

1 1/3 cup peanut butter

Directions
1. Boil milk and sugar in a medium saucepan for tree minutes
2. Immediately stir in the marshmallow crème and peanut butter
3. Pour and spread into a 9x9inch glass baking dish
4. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving

Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 quart vanilla ice cream

3 cups crushed cornflakes cereal

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 egg whites

2 quarts oil for frying

Directions
1. Scoop ice cream into 8- ½ cup size balls
2. Place on a baking sheet and freeze until firm for about 1 hour
3. In a shallow dish, combine cornflakes and cinnamon
4. In another dish, beat egg whites until foamy
5. Roll ice cream balls in egg whites, then cornflakes covering the ice cream
completely. Repeat if necessary
6. Freeze until firm
7. In a deep fryer or large heavy saucepan, heat oil to 375 degrees F
8. Using a basket or slotted spoon, fry ice cream balls 1-2 at a time for 10-15
seconds, until golden
9. Drain quickly on paper towels and serve immediately

Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
¾ cup old-fashioned oats

¾ cup white sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

½ cup Bisquick

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

5 fresh peaches peeled, pitted, and sliced

Directions
1. Grease the inside of a 3-4 quart slow cooker crock
2. Mix oats, white sugar, brown sugar, baking mix, and cinnamon together in a
bowl
3. Stir in peaches
4. Spoon mixture into a prepared slow cooker
5. Cook on low for 4 hours

Cherry Crisp
Ingredients
1 (21oz.) can cherry pie filling

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup rolled oats

2/3 cup brown sugar

¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg

¼ cup chopped pecans

1/3 cup melted butter

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Lightly greased 2 quart baking dish
3. Pour filling into the dish and spread evenly
4. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
5. Mix in melted butter
6. Spread over pie filling
7. Sprinkle with chopped pecans
8. Bake in the oven for 30minutes or until topping is golden brown
9. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving

Ingredients
6 apples peeled, cored, and sliced

1 cup water

1 (18.25oz) package white cake mix

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup butter melted

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Lightly grease 9x13 inch baking dish
3. Arrange apples in an even layer in bottom of baking dish
4. Pour water oven apples
5. In a medium bowl mix together cake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
6. Stir in melted butter until ingredients are thoroughly blended and mix well
7. Sprinkle over apples
8. Bake in oven for 50-55 minutes

Ingredients
1 (3.4oz) package instant butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix

1 cup milk

1 (6oz) package whipped cream topping

6 snickers bars cut into bite-size pieces

3 granny smith apples peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces

Directions
1. Whisk pudding mix into milk until dissolved
2. Stir whipped cream topping into pudding mixture
3. Fold the candy pieces into the mixture
4. Add the apples to the mixture

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
1 (11.5oz) package milk chocolate chips divided

1 cup peanut butter

¼ teaspoon salt

½ cup confectioners’ sugar

Directions
1. Trim 12 muffin cup liners to half of their height
2. Place ½ chocolate chips in a microwave safe container
3. Microwave for 2 minutes stirring after every 5-10 seconds until melted
4. Fill the muffin cups halfway
5. With a spoon draw the chocolate up the side until evenly coated
6. Cool in the refrigerator until firm
7. In a small bowl mix together peanut butter, sugar, and salt
8. Divide into the chocolate cups
9. Melt the remaining chocolate and spin over peanut butter
10. Spread the chocolate to the edges

Ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter

2 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

½ cup chocolate chips

2 ½ cups mini round corn tortilla chips

¼ cup miniature marshmallows

¼ cup sweetened flacked coconut

Directions
1. Preheat oven broiler
2. Combine the peanut butter and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl
3. Heat the mixture until the peanut butter melts
4. Place the chocolate chip in a different bowl and melt the chips until melted
5. Arrange the tortilla chips into a even layer on a baking sheet
6. Drizzle the peanut butter mixture and the melted chocolate over the chips
7. Scatter the marshmallows and coconut over the chips
8. Place under the broiler until marshmallows begin to brown

Ingredients
1 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup white sugar

1 (12oz) bag fresh cranberries

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

Directions
1. Stir the orange juice and sugar together in a pan over medium heat
2. Add the cranberries and bring to a boil
3. Cook and stir until the cranberries burst
4. Stir in the raspberries
