This refers to your application and subsequent online interview you had with us. Desavio Automotive is pleased
to offer you the position of PRODUCTION ENGINEER, in our Ireland. For a fixed tenure of three years, your
experience and enthusiasm will be an asset to our company. Your starting salary is $ 8,600 per month which is
$115,200 per year and is paid on a monthly basis.

Your employment will be effective from 19th June 2018 or such other date as may be mutually agreed. Your
principle place of appointment and base location, at all points of time during your employment shall be @ No

2. CONTRACT PERIOD: The contract will be valid for a period of three years from the date of joining and is
extendable after completion of three years. If you wish to continue your career with us.

2.1 You will be given training for a period of 30 days to help you understand your duties and responsibilities

3. REMUNERATION & PERQUISITIES


3.1 Remuneration Salary: You will be paid $8,600 Dollars per month

3.2 Housing Facilities: Suitable & comfortable furnished accommodation will be given to you as per company’s rules and
regulations

3.3 Telecommunication: Mobile allowance will be given to you monthly

3.4 Medical Allowance: Medical reimbursement will be given to you as per the company rules and regulations

3.5 Transport: transport outside city of your duty, transport allowance will be given to you for official purposes

3.7 Annual Leave: Annual Leave of one calendar month for each complete year of employment will be allowed to you
This may be accumulated for three years and availed together if you wish, leave encashment of $1000 Dollars will also
be permitted to you in case you wish to travel to your country

3. Visa Expenses: As per the Republic of Ireland Labor authority rules act: 209-211//16 amended on work visas and
work permits. You will have to bear the visa expenses by yourself for which the company will reimburse it back to you
after joining the company but the company will provide air ticket for your travel to Ireland once your visa is ready and
all documents related to your employment has been sent to the embassy in your country on your behalf

3.9 Joining Expense: You and your family (wife and husband with two children up to the age of 18 years old)
Will be entitled to economic class air ticket.

4. Joining Period & Transfer: The Company shall pay for your air ticket as soon as you complete your visa
processing. You shall not have any objection to work even if you are transferred to any of our branches within globe.

5. Working Hours: You are required to work 7 (seven) hours daily, 30 min break daily and 35 hours per week. The
working day’s is from Monday to Friday, training period working can be extended to Saturday.

6. Secrecy Clause: You shall not divulge, disclose or disseminate to anyone in writing, by word of mouth or
otherwise or shall not publish any particulars or details of our manufacturing process, technical know-how,
security arrangements any administrative, commercial or organization matter or any other information which
comes to your notice directly or otherwise either during your employment with us or afterwards without prior
written permission of the management of the company

7. Termination: The contract can be terminated by either party on by given one month notice in writing or salary
equivalent to 1months in lieu of the notice period in probationary period of 3 years in case of termination of
employment by the employer on disciplinary grounds no notice or compensation in lieu of the notice period is
required to be given.

With this contract any previous contracts signed by you with us or with any of our branch in nationwide or with any of
our representatives to be treated as null and void

Please note that this offer of employment was given to you based on the educational qualifications and experience
declared by you in your filled employment form, this offer shall automatically be cancelled and withdrawn in case you
are not able to produce the original documents

At time of joining please bring along with you original and certified copies of the following certificates and testimonies
for our record (a) four color photographs (b) certificate of qualification (c) proof of residence
