Parts list for completing vertical bender, CarlStyle:

Air/Hydraulic ram, mine is Harbor Freight #94532

4 casters of your choosing. Mine are 3” diameter, 2 each Harbor Freight #95356 and #66360

1 garage door extension spring. Somewhere around 100 lbs or a bit more is fine, and the length doesn’t
matter too much—you’ll need to cut it down anyway.

2 Bronze bushings. 1.25” OD, 1” ID, 1.5” long. (mine are 1.25” long and seem OK)

Pins: One 1” x 6.5”

One 7/8” x 6.5”

One 7/8” x 4.5”

Longer is fine, shorter is not. I ended up with two 8” long 7/8” pins, cheaper than 4.5” length.

Bolts: Four 5/8” x 5”

Four 5/8” x 2”

Four 5/8” x 2.5”

Two 5/8” x 7”

Fourteen 5/8” nuts (I used self-locking “stover” nuts)

One ½” x 3.5”

One ½” nut

Spacers, to fit over 5/8” bolts:

One 2 7/8”

One 2 3/8”

Two 4 ½”

Tubing for base: 3x3 square; Two 12” lengths, two 24” lengths.
