 Lead the design of following projects for electrical installations and systems in coordination with
other trades:
 Al Wedyan Development – Infrastructure, Saudi Arabia. Mixed use development The
development covers a total area 800 ha and Electrical Infrastructure scope includes MV
power distribution, LV distribution and street lighting.
 The Bridges Phase 1 & 2 - Residential, Abu Dhabi, Completed design of 6 nos. of
residential towers each having 212 apartments.
 Ansam Phase 2 - Residential, Abu Dhabi, Completed detail design of 4 nos. of U shape
building (two types having 176 & 200 apartments)
 Yas Acres – Non Residential, Abu Dhabi, Completed detail design of Retail building and
Boat Yard
 Yas Acres –Residential, Abu Dhabi, Completed detail design of 16 prototype Villas.

 Madina Hajj City, Saudi Arabia. Total estimated built up area for the project is 5700000 m2
with a Occupant Load of 200,000 persons. Electrical Infrastructure scope includes Utility
tunnels for HV & MV power distribution, LV distribution, Transportation Network (Metro, roads,
Bus Transit, parking), Chiller plant, water treatment plant etc.
 International Convention Center, Saudi Arabia. Building project having a total built up area
of around 40,000m2
 Bidbid - Sur Road Dualisation/Additional Works, Oman. Additional works consisting of 5
new bridges, weigh stations and traffic count stations, and other related works in addition to
all lighting and infrastructure networks.
 Lagos Infrastructure Development Project, Nigeria. mixed-use development (220,000 m2)
comprising office, residential apartments, hotel, utility buildings, power plant with
cogeneration, car-park buildings, recreational amenities, retail units, roads and all

 Remodeling Namibe Airport, Angola. Detailed design and tender documents for the
rehabilitation of the runways, taxiways, airport access road, roadside landscaping, airfield
lighting as well as for all infrastructure utilities related to new buildings and facilities.
 Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University. Building Works, Saudi Arabia. The project
includes 8 academic colleges, 6 health sciences colleges, 2 medical research laboratories,
600-bed hospital (7-storey building with a built-up area of 99,733 m²), central library,
administration building, ceremonial piazza, housing units for 11,000 single students, 400 villas
for senior staff housing, 1,400 apartments for junior staff housing, indoor & outdoor sports
facilities mosques and central utility plants.
 Integrated Infrastructure for Soyo City, Angola. The project includes construction for the
transportation, water, sewerage, drainage, solid waste, electricity and telecommunication
systems serving an area of 13.91 km² and existing/projected populations of 57,553 and
140,738 respectively, including a phasing schedule and development programmers for the
implementation of new strategic and cost effective projects.
 Participated in the review of designs and bills of quantities for all electrical systems related to the
following project:
 Zaria New Treatment Plant, Nigeria. a 150,000 m³/day water treatment plant serving a
population of 1.2 million with a corresponding water demand of 129,000 m³/day.
 Participated in the design of electrical installations and systems, including coordination with other
trades, equipment selection and sizing, and preparation of specifications, load calculations, cost
estimates and other technical design documents, for the following projects:
 Marassi Al Bahrain Mall, Hotels & Residences, Bahrain. Buildings with a total built-up area
of 493,000 m². Electrical scope includes MV/LV distribution, DG power station, Chiller plant
etc.
 Extension to Doha Intercontinental Hotel - Offshore Restaurant, Chalets, Apartments,
Qatar. Detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for an extension,
including an offshore restaurant, self-contained residential apartments and chalets for public
use.
 Housing and Infrastructure for the Employees of the Ministry of Finance, Angola.
Infrastructure detailed design and tender documents for Stage 1 area (200 ha); and detailed
design and tender documents for 1,600 housing units of 6 types within the Stage 1 area
inclusive of all their community facilities
 Maianga Residential Building, Angola. Detailed design for a 5,145 m² guesthouse on a site
area of 767 m², including basement, ground level, 4 typical floors with a total of 32
guestrooms, a VIP floor divided into 2 suites in addition to roof and top of roof levels.
 Expansion of East Stand at Khalifa Stadium, Qatar. Detailed design and tender
documents for the stadium’s expansion to increase its capacity by 28,500 spectators. The
expansion consists of ground and 6 floors with a total built-up area of 65,136 m².
 Security Buildings in Shamiyah, Saudi Arabia. Design and tender documents (under BIM
management) for a residential and administrative complex that provides accommodation to
19,400 officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Interior in addition to all infrastructure utilities,
landscaping, and various support facilities and services, including kitchen, dining area,
laundry, recreational and assembly areas, 300-bed hospital with staff housing, police and civil
defence stations, etc. The complex has a direct access to Makkah Haram plazas through
pedestrian tunnels.
 Bidbid - Sur Road/Section 1, Oman. Detailed designs and tender documents for the
dualisation of Bidbid to Masroon Junction (116 km). Works comprised 60 km of new road
alignment in the form of bypasses (out of the 116 km total length), 50 km of service roads, 12
interchanges, 5 crossing roads, 11 wadi bridges, emergency police/ambulance posts, street
lighting, weighing stations and permanent traffic count stations.
 King Abdul Aziz Airport - Hajj Terminal Load Centre and Ancillary Buildings, Saudi
Arabia. Design of Ancillary buildings comprise of 2 dormitories for 2,050 persons with all
related facilities, a main administration office building, 3 storage hangers, one 2,000 m²
workshop, and guardhouses with all related infrastructure works
May 2004 - April 2006 with HCL Infinet Ltd, India (As Customer Engineer/Assistant Engineer).
