usando FlowPolls®.

Si es la primera vez que usas nuestro servicio, no encontrarás ninguna encuesta en la lista
que se encuentra en la izquierda con la etiqueta “Encuestas”. Te invitamos a crear tu
primera encuesta, dando clic en el botón “Ir al Diseñador de Encuestas” y allí te daremos
más instrucciones para comenzar fácilmente.

Por el contrario, si ya has realizado encuestas con FlowPolls®, selecciona una de la lista
para comenzar a conocer las respuestas que se han venido recolectando de las personas
que han tenido acceso a tu encuesta y han respondido a ella.

Herein you will find the statistics FlowPolls® has been collecting from your Surveys, Polls
or Evaluations.

If this is your first time with FlowPolls®, in the list that appears at the left-hand side you
won’t have any survey to query the statistics for. Make this the time to create your first
survey by clicking at the “Go to FlowPolls Designer” button, and once there you will get
more instructions of how to start creating and administering your surveys.

If you’re already member of our FlowPolls® community and have done previously surveys,
polls or evaluations, pick one from the list to learn the whole set of statistics we’ve been
collecting on your surveys!

FlowPolls® integra varias tecnologías en una. Permite de forma gráfica componer flujos de
preguntas con tomas de decisión, permitiendo, a la encuesta, cambiar dinámicamente de
rumbo dependiendo de lo que el encuestado vaya respondiendo.

También integra tecnologías para evaluar si una respuesta es correcta o no, pudiendo
crear cuestionarios de evaluación para certificar al tomador de la evaluación en cualquier
tema que se esté evaluando.

Permite crear reglas de negocio basadas en las respuestas dadas por los encuestados, que
se evalúan a nivel de pregunta o combinación de preguntas usando para ello simples
evaluadores lógicos basados en SI-ESTO-ENTONCES-HAGA, SINO HAGA, donde se pueden
ejecutar “Acciones” que puede ser cualquier cosa desde enviar un correo electrónico
hasta lo que sea necesario. FlowPolls® provee una tienda de Acciones, de las cuales se
pueden escoger las acciones a tomar si las evaluaciones resultan positivas o negativas.

FlowPolls® también está disponible para dispositivos móviles (Android y iOS), para que las
encuestas puedan ser realizadas de forma sencilla desde cualquier dispositivo! Aún si no
hay conexión a una red de datos (Celular o WiFi), permitiendo sincronizar las respuestas
recolectadas una vez se encuentre conectividad.

FlowPolls® integrates several technologies in one! Allows you graphically to compose

flows made of questions, with evaluation nodes making the survey to change dynamically
its course depending upon what your interviewer’s answers.

It is also possible to create evaluations, having defined by you if the response given by the
interviewee is correct or not, allowing you also to create certification tests if that is the
need.

The power behind FlowPolls® is the ability to create “Business Rules” that might trigger
Actions if the rule defined by you matches the answers given by the interviewee. These
actions can be taken from our Actions Marketplace with a myriad of possibilities, from
sending emails to creating complex integrations with other systems and platforms. These
Business Rules are based on the syntax IF-THIS-THEN-DO, ELSE DO, where the DO part are
the Actions you might configure for that rule.

FlowPolls® is available as well for mobile devices using Android® or iOS®, even if there is
no network connection, allowing you to synchronize the answers with our servers once
connectivity becomes available again.

disparar acciones que pueden ser a nivel de pregunta o combinación lógica de estas, así
como cuando alguien haya terminado de realizar la encuesta y/o evaluación.

FlowPolls® posee una tienda de acciones que le permitirán desde enviar un correo
electrónico, hasta realizar complejas integraciones con otras plataformas o sistemas en la
nube de ser necesario.

Usted también podrá usar nuestra API (Java® 8) para crear sus propias acciones si es un
usuario avanzado, que involucren la lógica que usted necesita para hacer que su negocio
sea realmente exitoso.

Every survey or evaluation you create with FlowPolls® has the ability to trigger actions at
question level or in a combination of several questions, as well as when the whole survey
is finished by the interviewee.

FlowPolls® has an Actions Marketplace allowing you to do multiple things, ranging from
sending an email or even creating complex integrations with other platforms or systems in
the cloud if necessary.
You can also use our API (Java® 8) to create your own actions if you are advanced enough,
or pay for our integration and development services, having your own logic!
