SCIENTIFIC METHOD

Problem: Which is faster to melt: an ice cream popsicle or a chocolate bar?

Materials: Plastic plate, hot water, stopwatch, ice cream and chocolate bar

Hypothesis: Ice cream popsicle melts faster than the chocolate bar.

Procedure: 1. Gather all the materials needed.


2. Place 3 plastic plates with ice cream popsicle each plastic
plate.
3. Pour 4 tablespoonful of hot water in each ice cream popsicle.
4. Observe and record the melting time.
5. Place another 3 plastic plates with chocolate bar each plastic
plate.
6. Pour 4 tablespoonful of hot water in each chocolate bar.
7. Observe and record the melting time.

Conclusion: Based on the observation, I therefore conclude that ice cream
