CDP

Description
The CDP-0 / CDP-G range of dynamic power controllers shifts the operating point of the
solar field, enabling the inverter generation level to be regulated in accordance with the user's
consumption.

One of the main features of this series is that it can measure all the energy flows of the
installation:
—— Energy consumed by the user
—— Energy generated by the inverter
—— Energy consumed or injected into the mains
—— Energy from an auxiliary generating source.

The inverter power must be configured in these devices, and the CDP is capable, via a
communication channel, of adapting generation to energy consumption with the aim of
achieving zero injection to the electrical network. The CDP generates a database with all
information on the power and energy of every measurement point, including the regulation
percentage of the inverter, and also allows on-line monitoring via the internet. The CDP
has a built-in screen with two 20-digit lines, which displays all the electrical variables
measured by the unit. It also includes six indicator lights which allow the communication
status and alarm status to be checked in real time.

The unit also has features the following additional functions:

—— Control of a redundant network disconnection relay, used as an inverse current relay.
—— Control of up to three circuits in demand management mode, in the CDP-G model.

Application
The CDP is the ideal unit for managing photovoltaic installations for self-consumption without
mains injection.
