LEGAL NOTICE
I have been instructed by my client namely Qasim Javed s/o
Javed Iqbal (Late), Resident of Block D, Gulfishan Colony, Faisalabad
to serve upon you the legal notice under the following grievances and
grounds.
1. That you entered into a Tenancy agreement with my client
regarding property House No. 278-D, situated at gulfishan Colony,
Chak No. 220 G.B, Faisalabad against monthly rent of Rs.13000
per month, which was commenced on 01.01.2012 for the period
of 11 months.
2. That although the above stated tenancy period has been
completed and during the period of above stated lease agreement
you have violated the terms and conditions thus you are liable to
be ejected summarily.
3. That you are further intimated that due to your above stated act,
my client did not want to continue the lease agreement and seeks
vacant possession within two weeks and also pay the arrears of
rent to my client.
4. That my client needs the above said property for his personal use.
5. That through this legal notice you are hereby intimated and
directed with due respect that above said amount be paid to my
client within the period of 7 days, otherwise my client would be at
liberty to initiate civil and criminal litigation against you which of
course would be entirely at your risk and costs.

Therefore through this legal notice you are hereby advised to deliver
the vacant possession to my client and pay arrears of rent with fifteen
days, otherwise my client has directed the undersigned to initiate
proceedings by invoking the door of competent court of jurisdiction for
the redressal of grievance of my client.
