Top service gyratory crusher

Top Service (TS) gyratory crushers

FLSmidth’s legacy of quality crushers

dates back to the Traylor and Fuller-
Traylor gyratory crushers of the early
1900s. FLSmidth crushers have
continuously withstood the harshest
requirements found in the world’s
mines and rock quarries. Through
constant and continual improvements
in engineering to meet customer
needs, FLSmidth is a proven and
preferred crusher supplier throughout
the industry.

The Top Service (TS) gyratory crusher

is the latest generation of gyratory
crusher offered by FLSmidth. This
entire crusher is engineered from the
ground up, focusing on safety,
maintenance and functionality.

The TS gyratory crusher is

distinguished from other gyratory
crushers by its revolutionary design
which allows major service and
maintenance functions to be safely
performed. The eccentric assembly,
bushings and hydraulic piston are
easily accessible and removed through
the top of the crusher, hence the
name “Top Service”. The Top Service
feature greatly simplifies safety
procedures, reduces costs and helps
to increase availability for the
equipment over more traditional
bottom service crushers.

Design

Using today’s most modern analysis

techniques, FLSmidth’s TS gyratory
crushers are structurally sound from
the inside out. With the Top Service
design, FLSmidth not only
concentrated on providing a crusher
that was durable, but also flexible
enough to meet the various
requirements of our customers.

The Top Service line has two

variations available, depending on the
application and customer
requirements. FLSmidth offers its
Heavy Duty (TS) for the bulk of the
mining applications but also has
available its Ultra Duty (TSU) model
that is specifically designed for
extreme applications where extra
motor power and heavier sections are
a necessity.

Within its Top Service line, FLSmidth

can offer customers process design
flexibility after installation. In specific
applications, the TSU model with its
larger motor and heavier components
is capable of accommodating higher
throughputs and/or larger reduction.
