BLP facilitated a reduced programme with a practical and buildable
top-down design and construction sequence for this triple level
basement. BLP successfully satisfied Network Rail and their technical
advisers in relation to the adjacent sensitive London Bridge station,
considered to be a significant constraint for the project.
