Dear Mayor Alaba,

I am pleased to submit your good office of my proposal to operate a

refreshment/coffee/resto bar at the Loboc Tourism Complex to further enhance the
tourism activity in the area. Hereunder are the proposed terms and conditions for
the said project, to wit:

1. The LGU-Loboc offers the undersigned to operate the two (2)

commercial building area for a period of five (5) years or as
agreed by both parties;

2. That the undersigned proposes to give five percent (5%) of

its gross income to LGU-Loboc starting on the second (2 nd)
year of its operation;

3. That the undersigned will hire an architect and/or interior

designer to help assess and evaluate the said areas and
solicit recommendations from them for the improvement of
the premises to make it more attractive and “guest/tourist-
friendly” commercial building;

4. That LGU-Loboc after proper procedures have been

undertaken, gives authority to use two (2) spaces and/or
commercial building with good/strategic location accessible
for tourist arrivals, specifically at the Tourism Area and Zip
Line Adventure Park;

5. The undersigned undertakes to do necessary repairs and

beautification and to furnish and/or provide all furniture
and fixture, kitchen utensils for the establishment of the said
refreshment/coffee shop/resto bar conducive and attractive
to tourists and visiting guests;

6. The LGU-Loboc to grant the authority to operate and manage

two (2) establishments as refreshment and/or Coffee Shop
 and Resto Bar after the completion of the commercial
building and after installing all the above-mentioned
furniture and fixtures, specifically at Zipline Building;

7. The undersigned proposes to give five percent (5%) of its

gross income to the LGU-Loboc starting on the fifth (5 th) year
of its operation; and

8. That the LGU-Loboc will provide Tourist Police in the said

premises for safety of the incoming guests/clients.

Should this proposal finds favorable interest on the part of the local
government unit, I am more than willing to visit your office at your most convenient
time to discuss further the details of this project.
