The enclosed jig and instructions are instructions are intended for use with 80% receivers and had been
tested on most popular forged and billet 80% receivers. This jig is specifically intended for use to finish
80% receivers only and is in no way designed to finish receivers any less than 80%
Please be safe in completing your project. Always use eye protection and keep first aid supplies nearby
if needed. Take your time! Measure twice and cut once. Safety and patience will help you produce a
quality product.
Milling Directions:
1. Assemble left and right side plate as shown using the ¼ - 20 x 1 ¾ bolt through the rear
take down hole and the ¼ - 20 x 1 ½ bolt through the recessed hole.
Milling Plate 1
2. Drill the selector hole using the 3/8” drill bit. Drill slow while only taking a ¼ “at a time to
avoid drill walk. It is ok to drill into the right side plate.
3. Use the 5/32” drill bit to drill the 2 trigger group pin holes. Drill slow while only taking a ¼
“at a time to avoid drill walk. It is ok to drill into the right side plate.
Milling Plate 1
5. Mill out the trigger pocket following the milling plate 1 trigger pocket guide. Continue milling until
a depth of 1.367” is achieved measuring from the top of milling plate 1.
8. Machine the remaining material to a depth of .748” from the top of top plate 2. Continue to
machine past the top plate guides until you reach the pre-machined portion at the back of the lower.
(NOTE: only remove 3/8” depth of material at a time.)
