Evolution Feats

These feats represent hurdles (physical, mental, etc.) that characters must overcome in order to
become stronger. Just think of each one of these feats as a different Super Saiyan level. These feats also
help the DM to decide how powerful enemies should be and gauge how strong the characters are since
there is no formal level system. Some feats may seem to belong to other classes of feats, but this is
because of the difficulty in classing some feats.
