This course has been specifically designed to introduce students to the requirements necessary to be employed as an
Explosives Manufacturing Worker.

Course Content

Course Content Objectives and Outcomes

The characteristics and properties of explosives Move materials within the explosives process

Explosives legislation Shut down the explosives process

o Preparation of ESA Certify as Free From Explosives (FFE)

Further Qualifications

EM – Explosive Manufacturing Worker Level 3 course builds on the experience gained as an Explosives
Manufacturing Worker and is based on the National Occupational Standards.
