Summer Search, Seattle, Washington
• Mentor a caseload of approximately 35 high school students
• Build multi-year relationships with mentees and conduct regular mentoring by phone and in-person
• Monitor and promote students’ academic and extracurricular participation and performance, as well as
college readiness requirements
• Enter and track program data in Copilot database to assess student progress
• Respond in summer programs on-call capacity for 115 students, and support students, families, and
program partners in crisis management
• Advise the regional student Leadership Committee which serves 8 high schools across south King
County and is comprised of 15 students
• Serve as the Seattle Representative for the national Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Working Group
