2. Inlet Valve from Tank to OWS ( Inlet) 2. Open delivery valve 5 3. Outlet to Discharge 3. Power on the OWS Start Panel 4. Outlet to Absorber 4. Open Valve no 9 to Check the Fresh water PPM 5. Delivery Line to ground 5. Open Valve no 2 6. Recirculation to Tank 6. Close Flushing valve no 1 7. Oil discharge Valve 7. Open Valve no 4 to Absorber 8. IMO sampling Valve 8. Close valve no 3 9. Fresh water (FW) line to Monitor 9. Switch Monitor to Sampling Line by closing Valve 10 10. Sampling Valve to Monitor 10. The system will continuously run until the Monitor 11. Safety Valve (OWS) exceed the Alarm limit to 15PPM or the Tank is empty 12. Drain Valve 11. As soon as 15PPM alarm comes the Pump will 13. Drain Valve Absorber Automatically Stop. 14. Mono Pump with gear motor 12. Then Change valve 6 to recirculate to tank. 13. Start the process from 1 except step no 2. 14. Check the oil content by opening IMO sample line valve no 8. 15. Flush the system through fresh water 16. Keep ready for next use.
