Current Project Coordinator for CTE Online, a project funded through the California Department
of Education. Coordinates curriculum writing Institutes to develop and publish educator-designed
CTE and academic integrated "Linked Learning" style projects, units and lesson plans in all
CTE industry sectors and academic areas. Responsibilities include management of collaborative
online communities throughout California and curriculum design and assessment of STEM and
linked-learning curriculum. Conducts teacher trainings for creating integrated CTE and academic
curriculum. Presents at state-wide and national education conferences.

Science Content Specialist for the CSU, Chico Triad Project

August 2017  -  Present
Serves as a content specialist and curriculum adviser for CSU, Chico's Triad Project. Engages
in professional development around the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) together
with a cooperating teacher and a teaching credential candidate. Each triad works collaboratively
over a semester to design, implement, reflect upon, revise and submit a field-tested integrated
instructional NGSS unit. The units are designed using a template created by science educators at
CSU Chico.

Interpretive Panel Design

June 2016  -  June 2017 (1 year 1 month)
Freelance graphic design for the City of Chico Parks Department. Services include working with
Bidwell Park rangers and City of Chico staff on writing, editing, and designing panels for the
Comanche Creek Greenway and Bidwell Park, coordinating panel design with sign specifications
and fabrication, and logo development.

Member of the Farm Sanctuary Teacher Advisory Council / Curriculum Consultant at Farm Sanctuary

Responsible for collaborating with other middle and high school teachers to create middle and high
