Take NOC document from Chabukswar madam alongwith Yellow receipt
After NOC take it to bank for loan

Step-2 (75% payment) Installment 2 : Pay 75% from Bank HOME Loan
While paying installment-2 using DD from bank,
pay full extra charges like: lease rent, gst, maintanance charges. What is name and floor number
Otherwise, you WON'T get the MHADA letter for registry and stamp duty. of person who will give this letter?

After paying 100% payment, mhada officer will give you following documents
required for registration
1. Gala Vatap Patra
2. Stamp duty Letter
3. Few Blank form to be filled after registration

Registry office Contact :

1. Meet Gaikwad Madam. She will fill stamp duty and registration online.
She will manage advocate also for further signature procedure
You have to pay registry paper charges online, named as "Dast Nondani".

2. Take challan of stamp duty and registry and pay in bank.

3. After paying challan, she will create draft.

4. You have to take draft.


Go to Mhada office for Thakur sir signature & Exemption letter.

5. Then go back to registrar office it will take arround 1-2 hour or more.
Complete the registry process.

After registry completion, go to Mhada office.
Submit copy of registry and other documents asked
while getting the letter for registry/stamp.
They will provide the possession letter same day.
And go to Mhada office 4th floor (Desk of Mr. Kiran Kale) and
ask for noc for mseb connection
