1.1 INTRODUCTION

1.2.1 Fusing Machine Controller

Micro controlled based fusing machine controller, for accurate measurement and control of temperature
with PID control. It’s a new innovative, high reliable and high quality product to garment industry for label
printing. Temperature Controller is used for Controlling of process temperature online with indication. It
provides relay output which controls solenoid or other control element for Temperature Maintaining. It
is most useful and important device in all kind of process in chemical , Textile ,Plastic industries.

Features

PID control algorithm for more accurate temperature control, High resolution readings for accurate
temperature display and option to view production count by shift wise
option for maximum set value limitation, Intimation to Operator when operator Efficiency is less
than 60%, settable time for cut-off and restart time to calculate idle. Settable production count
Size (intimation to operator once the count reaches). Password protection.

1.2.2 Pick Counter

Micro controller based Pick counter with shift wise production data, it’s a complete replacement of the
existing mechanical counters used in the power loom machines. pick Counter unit is places at looms
for fabric production measurement and display. pick counter display pick counts accurately along
with machine speed in picks per minute and production Length in meters.

Provision to set pick ratio, Provision for SET Length Required (The machine will stopped after the length
is reached),Provision for password protection. Production controller instruments series with pick
display along with multiple features like loom run time , loom stop counts , loom stop reasons ,
