ENGLISH LANGAUAGE TEACHERS NEEDED AT VLC

With more than 7 years experience delivering  quality language services and other services to people from all
walks of life and nationalities, Vista Learning Center (VLC) enjoys a deserved reputation as one of Cameroon’s
most respected language teaching organisations. We employ a handful of people   and presently run two
campuses, one in Bonamoussadi and another at Ange Raphael, Douala.

VLC is currently seeking English Language Teachers to be part of the team.

 You will be responsible for the delivery of quality English as a Second Language (ESL,) teaching programs to our
clients on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

·         Facilitating ESL learning, catering to a broad range of client needs

·         Delivering best educational practice aimed at developing language skills in learners

·         Creating engaging and effective learner-centered lesson plans

·         Assessing client progress and adjusting programs accordingly

·         Encouraging a climate of religious and cultural tolerance

You will need:

·         At least a BA degree in English Modern Letters or a related field from a recognised University or institution of
higher learning

·         TESOL or TEFL qualifications and bilingualism (English/French) will be an added advantage

·         Passion and motivation for ESL teaching and learning

·         Sound experience in developing, implementing and reviewing educational programs
