The purpose of health development as one of the national development effort
is to increase awareness, willingness and ability of healthy life for everyone.
Posyandu is one form resourced public health efforts (UKBM) managed and
organized from, by, for and with the community in the implementation of health
development, in order to empower people, the most important for accelerating the
reduction of maternal mortality and infant. PHC Paray in 2015 there were 8 posyandu
by the number of cadres as many as 40 cadres. The participation of cadres in
Posyandu related to many factors, thus indicating that the activity in running the
service in Posyandu associated with bebarapa factors such as the availability of
facilities posyandu / facilities, the motivation of cadres themselves and income /
wages in these cadres is also very closely linked to the increase the posyandu cadre
performance.
This research is an analytic observational with cross sectional study because
only observation without intervention and a draft study of effect relationships by
observing the status of exposure and effect simultaneously at the same time.
Bivariate statistical test with the variables Age, with a value of p = 0.001,
Education, with a value of p = 0.002, p = 0.001 Rewards are variables related to the
performance of Posyandu Cadres
Factors associated with performance Posyandu agents in Puskesmas Paray
District Biak Kota Biak Noemfoor in order to improve his performance in the work
area each, Share Head of Puskesmas Paray District Biak City to provide support and
motivation through training and education for health cadres in Puskesmas Paray order
to improve performance in IHC respectively.
