This establishment was closed for presenting an imminent health hazard and the following violations:

1. There is no handwashing sink in the establishment, hands are being washed in the mop sink & food preparation sink.
2. There are numerous flies in the facility.
3. A pen is being stored in the potato slicer.
4. There is a fly swatter on top of a food container.
5. Cooked chicken is measuring 76°F on a counter.
6. Cooked sausage is measuring 58°F in the make table with ice.
7. Raw shell eggs are measuring 74°F on a counter.
8. Rice is measuring 50°F in the front reach-in cooler.
9. Cooked beans are measuring 52°F in the front upright cooler.
10. Cooked pork is measuring 50°F in the front upright cooler.
11. Cheese is measuring 52°F in the back display-style cooler.
12. Exterior surfaces of electrical outlets at food prep counter are dirty.
13. Wet wiping cloths are not stored in sanitizer solution.
14. Food containers are not labeled with the common name of the food (oil).
15. Employees personal beverages are not separated from food preparation areas.
16. Various walls are damaged.
17. Potentially hazardous food is being cooled in deep containers.
18. Potentially hazardous food is being cooled in covered containers.
19. There is a gap at the bottom of the exterior door.
20. The prep sink is not sealed to the adjacent wall.
21. Surfaces of the stand mixer above the bowl are dirty.
22. A scoop for flour is dirty and stored in an unclean area.
23. In-use utensils are stored with handles in contact with food.
24. Front reach-in cooler is not maintained to hold potentially hazardous food at or below 41°F.
25. Back display-style cooler is not maintained to hold potentially hazardous food at or below 41°F.
26. There are two table legs in the back that are broken and being held up by a rock.
27. There is a non-commercial freezer in the back room.
28. A chemical spray bottle is not labeled with the common name.
29. Raw meat is stored above ready-to-eat foods in reach-in fridge in the back.
30. The 3-compartment sink faucet is leaking.
