ABOVE PRICES ARE BASED ON CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE. PRICES INDICATED ARE SUBJECT FOR NEGOTIATION UPON RECEIPT OF ACTUAL
QUANTITY/REQUIREMENT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE :

PAYMENT /PRICE
· We require 50% Down payment upon placement of order. 50% Balance shall be payable prior to delivery.
· Check payment is subject to 3 banking days clearing before delivery.

PRICE VALIDITY
· Price is inclusive of VAT
· Price is valid for 90 days only.
· Unit Price is subject to change without prior notice
· Price offered is for the entire quotation. Any revision, exclusion in the quantity or items quoted will invalidate the price given and will require another
pricing scheme.
· In the event of foreign exchange fluctuation variations up to +/-3% from the date of PO / Signed Agreement, HPC & Customer will share the increase or
decrease in price variations based on the 50-50 sharing. Rate shall be based on prevailing BSP rates.

DELIVERY
· For Delivery accuracy, HPC will follow MATERIALS DELIVERY SCHEDULE. Customer shall inform HPC for any changes in delivery schedule. However, if the
change in the schedule is less than 75days, this may lead to delay of delivery.
· Request for advance delivery is subject to availability of the items and on first come first serve basis.
· 90 days delivery lead time from receipt of down payment
· Free delivery within Metro Manila only.
· Delivery of goods will be on ground level only.
· Changes in Specs, Quantity, & Delivery Address are subject to HPC approval
· Outright Inspection of Items upon delivery is required together with HPC authorized QA representative within 3 working days. Non inspection of goods
within 3 days shall mean all items delivered are IN GOOD CONDITION AND ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
· Standard for Quality Inspection shall be in accordance with PNS (Philippine National Standard) guideline and procedure.
· Once goods are accepted, HPC will no longer be liable for damages or lacking of spare parts unless noted on the
Delivery Receipts.

WARRANTY COVERAGE and EXCLUSIONS

· Ceramics (Water closet, wash basins, urinals)-10-year limited warranty against factory defects
· Geberit Tank Fittings - 5 years
· Non-Ceramic Products and Spare Parts (Brass Faucets, Regular Tank Fittings, Regular Sensors, Seat covers
and Plumbing Accessories) - 1-year limited warranty against factory defects
· Items/Spare parts replaced shall be covered by warranty starting from the date when the original item was
purchased.
· Warranty applies to existing and active items and not valid on phased out models.

The following are not covered by warranty:

1. Normal deterioration (wear and tear)
2. Regular product maintenance
3. Removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs

The following actions by the customer shall void the warranty:

1. Improper installation of customer's plumbing contractor.
2. Improper shipping or handling of customer resulting to damage to wares.
3. Use of spare parts other than those used/recommended by HCG.
4. For chrome and chrome-plated items - use of cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids,
waxes, alcohol, solvents or other products not recommended for chrome items.
