The organisation is seeking to identify talented individuals who will be groomed for influential positions. As

The Infographic must be submitted as one PDF or JPEG file in A4 format. It may be portrait or landscape layout.

TASK 3: INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION - Must Demonstrate fulfilment of LO3 (P4, P5, M3, D2) & LO4 (P6, M4,D2)
Working individually, you will select a renowned organisational leader and you will prepare an engaging and
informative PowerPoint presentation where you will showcase their personal leadership profile and the
achievements they accomplished through management and operation performance improvements.

questions. The presentation slides and speaker notes should be submitted as one copy. You are required to
make effective use of PowerPoint headings and subsections as appropriate. You should make use of engaging
presentation styles and content delivery methods, including video, audio and images, as well as demonstrate
public speaking skills.
Your research should be referenced using the Harvard referencing system. Please also provide a bibliography
using the Harvard referencing system. The recommended word limit is 1,500 words, including speaker notes.
Note: The Programme Leader or Programme Manager may, at their discretion, request a supplementary 20-
minute PowerPoint presentation with 10 minutes questions about any written work submitted as an
