Our rooms details is as below:

Western Block.

In Western Block there is 3 separate buildings, building no. 1,2&3 (Right side of the Auditorium)

Existing
Building 1. Two Theaters (41’ X 29’.6” ) and one small room (20’ X 11’) with one Toilet
Block.
Building 2. One big Hall for Home Science ( 41’ X29’.6”) with Kitchen as Lab. (20’
X16’.6”), one Class Room (20’ X 29’.6”) and one Toilet Block.
Building 3. One big hall class for Geography with Lab. (41’ X29’.6”), and another big
room for Drawing & Painting(41’ X29’.6”) with 2 Store Rooms
(12’ X11’.3”) and (20’ X12’) both the Store Rooms are in D & P dept, with entrance from
the said dept.

In this whole Block

Theaters : 2 (41’ X 29’.6”)
Big Class Rooms as Dept. : 3 (41’ X29’.6”)
Moderate size Class Room : 1 (20’ X 29’.6”)
Small Rooms as Store Rooms : 2 (12’ X11’.3”) and (20’ X12’)

My proposal

Building 1 No change and room can be use as staff room.

Building 2. Big Hall can be deviated into two separate parts. One as Home Science
Theoretical Class Room (approx 20’ X29’.6”) and Kitchen as Lab. (20’ X16’.6”). The
other can be used as Geography Theoretical Class Room (approx 20’ X29’.6”) and the
other room can be use as Geography Laboratory (20’ X 29’.6”).
Building 3. Both the big halls can be converted into four separate rooms (approx 20’
X29’.6” each) and can be use as Science Dept. classes (Botany, Zoology, Physics and
Chemistry. 2 nos. Store Rooms could be merged and use as a Class Room for
Mathematics (approx 12’ X31’).

After the proposal approval

Theaters : 2 (41’ X29’.6”)

Moderate size room : 7 and one Kitchen as Lab.
(4 Science & 3 for Depts.)
Other rooms :2

Eastern Block.
In the Eastern Block there are also 3 separate buildings , building no. 4,5 & 6 (Left side
of the Auditorium). The deviations have been already done with your kind knowledge
and permission. The brief details are as below:
Theaters (41’.0” X 29’.6) 2 for Class Rooms
(Bldg. No. 4 And 5)
Small Theaters (approx 20’ X 29’.6”) 4 for Class Rooms
(Bldg. No. 5)
Moderate size Class Room (32’ X 20’) 1 for Computer Lab.
(Bldg. N. 6)
Moderate size Class Room (26’ X20’) 1 for Computer Lab.
(Bldg. No. 6)
Moderate size Class Room (30’ X20’) 1 for Class Room
(Bldg. No. 4)
One room for Canteen (528 Sft) 1 Room (Bldg. No. 4)
One small Room for Staff Room(288 Sft) 1 Room (Bldg. No. 4)

Note:
1.) Certain Class Rooms like, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics,
Home Science, Geography, Computer Labs and Drawing and Painting will be fixed
and hence their rooms cannot be used for any other subjects.
2.) Hence we are left with only few Class Rooms which can be used alternatively for
other subjects.
3.) As per the Time Table we need 11 Class Rooms at a time, for the whole day.
4.) Keeping in mind for B. Sc. Second and Third year such deviations are done and sent
to you for your kind confirmation and approval. Otherwise we need new
constructions for the same, in near future.
5.) We are getting 21 Class Rooms after this deviations, in both the blocks, which will be
utilized fully, in future.
6.) The size of the Class Rooms are variable and hence the strength of the students will
be accommodated to the available space in hand.
