married, residing at Blk. 37, Lot 6, NHA Maa, Davao City, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
That I am not gainfully employed and thus, I only generate minimal income
enough for me and my family’s sustenance;
That I am not currently employed with any person, natural or juridical,
and I have not been gainfully employed;
That my husband ISMAEL T. TABAT is presently working as a jeepney
driver and is earning minimum wage.
That this affidavit is being executed to attest to the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.
