appropriated fo r th e servic e of th e yea r on e thousan d seve n hundre d
and ninety , to b e paid out o f th e monie s arising fro m th e dutie s on im -

of monie s aris - one hundre d and forty-on e thousand, four hundre d an d ninety-tw o dol-
ing fro m duties ,
for th e civi l list. lars, an d sevent y three cents , fo r defrayin g th e expense s of th e civi l list,
as estimated by the Secretar y of the Treasury , i n the statemen t annexed
to hi s report mad e to the Hous e o f Representatives on the nint h da y of
