An ORDER CREATING THE PROVINCIAL TERMINATION REVIEW COMMITTEE IN THE PROVINCIAL
GOVERNMENT OF IFUGAO

WHEREAS, under existing laws, the Local Government Unit is allowed to create a Termination Review
Committee within its jurisdiction.

WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Ifugao is implementing various infrastructure projects within its
jurisdiction.

WHEREAS, the sources of the funds for the said projects are from the Local Government and the National
Government including International funding agencies and organizations.

WHEREAS, there are infrastructure projects within the province that are already terminated that has an
adverse effect to the development of the community and the stakeholders.

WHEREAS, in order to protect the interest of the government and funding agencies and for the proper
implementation of the projects from the start to completion, it is imperative to create a Termination
Review Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PEDRO G. MAYAM-O, Provincial Governor of Ifugao, by virtue of the power vested
in me by law, rules, regulations and decrees, duly promulgated by competent authority, do hereby
organize the Termination Review Committee.

Section I. Composition: there in hereby constituted the Review Evaluation Committee for the Provincial
Local Government of Ifugao composed of the following:

Chairman: Atty. Dionisio D. Milio

Vice Chairman: Engr. Julian B. Dulawan

Members: Atty. Albert Pawingi

Engr. Felimon Bulawam

Mr. Hubert Otgalon

Section 2. The committee shall have the following duties and functions, to wit:

a) To meet regularly and carefully or thoroughly review, determine and evaluate all the
development/infrastructure project being awarded and implemented by contractors by
the Provincial Government within its jurisdiction;
b) To coordinate with the project engineers and the Provincial Engineering Office through
the Provincial Engineer during the conduct of the reviews and evaluations;
c) To recommend to the Provincial Governor the result of the review for appropriate actions;
and
d) To perform much other duties and functions as the Local Chief Executive may require.
Section 3. Separability Clause. If for any reason, any of the provisions of this order is declared invalid or
unconstitutional, the other provisions or parts thereof which are not affected thereby shall remain in full
force and effect.

Section 4. Repealing Clause. This Order shall totally repeal all provisions of existing Executive Orders of
the Provincial Government of Ifugao inconsistent with the provisions of the foregoing Executive Order.

Section 5. Effectivity. This Order shall take effect immediately upon approval and shall be in full force and
effect unless sooner revoked or amended.
