Intersection Window – Display Seismic

It is possible to display seismic in

Annotations – Insert Text Example

Screen Capture Options

Use the Copy Bitmap icon within Petrel to copy the


display window. The bitmap can be displayed in
Petrel by selecting Paste Bitmap, and afterwards
be exported.

Note: It is possible to paste the copied


image directly into another program like
Word or Excel.
Plotting

Printing
Each plot window may have an independent printer defined

When a printer is selected, the system will


try to match the plot size with the available
paper sizes and warns the user if this is
not possible.

settings. Each plot owns its
own size and pprinter with

Print scale - Well section
When setting up the scale and printer in Page Setup, a gray area indicates
which part of the Well section window will be printed
Extra: CGM format and PDF format
Create CMG plots from Petrel using JustCMG software
Just CMG for Windows, a product by Justcroft International,
is a package for viewing, converting and plotting CMG image
files. It consists of an Image viewer, FIile format converters
and optimizers, and best quality Plotter drivers

First: Export Graphics in CGM format

1. Open JustCGM

2. Open file .cgm

3. File>Print, adjust the settings

It is also possible to generate CMG and PDF in


batch usingg the Process Manager.
