    I. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT:

     All students of Lakas High School entered Monday to Friday on my Subject classes.
     All students cooperatively in my discussion and any activities prepared from my subject area in a whole
    week.
     All student attended and cooperate the celebration of Nutrition Month especially the following
    competencies prepared A. SLOGAN MAKING B. COOKING CONTEST C. QUIZ B.

    II. TEACHER’S DEVELOPMENT:

     Supervised classroom neat, clean and silent every my subject.


     Faculty monthly meeting.
     Prepared Daily Lesson Plan
     Prepared my Daily Teaching Aid on my Subject
