Dear Parent or Guardian,

Together with the PTA, Oakview Elementary would like to provide support for Oakview
families in need of resources for the Holidays. We will be creating an “Owl Tree” in the main
lobby and anonymously collecting items for these families. Some examples may include toys,
games, clothes, shoes, food, etc.

If your family is in need of any of these items, please fill out and return the form below to Ms.
Simpson by November 15th. Items will be ready for pick up from the student support office
(rm 1115) December 18th-20th, or you can contact me for other arrangements.

Please do not hesitate to contact me during school hours if you have any questions or
concerns.
