Patient Registrar, Riverton Hospital IHC, Riverton, Utah 2018- present. Registers
patients for hospital procedures such as Labs, X-Rays, EKG’s etc. As well as
insurance verification and collecting payments. Customer service provided at all
times.

Receptionist/ Front Desk, South Valley Large Animal Clinic, South Jordan, Utah
2017- 2018. Helps with office and administrative support. Takes payments, deal with
prescription’s, post OP instructions, making certifications for animals, etc. Along with
providing Customer Service.

Riding Instructor, Rising Star Riding Academy, Salt Lake City, Utah 2017- 2018.
Riding instructor. Teach riding lessons to students of all ages (Western and
English), work horses. Helped with chores around barn, feeding, and
exercising/working horses. Provided general horse care.

Float Pool Patient Care Assistant (PCA) at Ohio Valley Medical Center,
Wheeling, West Virginia (2016- 2017): Provides basic care to patients, as well as
assist them in daily activities. The position is also known as a CNA. I was part of the
Float Pool staff, working in all departments in the Hospital including, ICU, Telemetry
Care unit, Psych (Behavioral Health Units including kids and adults) etc.

Crew Member, Burger King, New Martinsville, West Virginia (2016):

Responsibilities included cashier, meal prep, customer service, cleaning duties
(machines, dinning room, dishes etc.) Counting money drawers. Open and Close
store.

Riding Instructor, Rising Star Riding Academy at Keystone Equestrian Center,

Salt Lake City, Utah (2014 – 2015): Riding instructor. Taught riding lessons to
students of all ages (Western and English), work horses. Helped with chores around
barn, feeding, and exercising/working horses. Provided general horse care.

Riding Instructor/Stable Hand, Camp Kostopolus, Salt Lake City, Utah (2014):
Taught riding lessons to children with and without disabilities, western discipline. In
charge of feeding horses, mucking stalls, laundry, and other barn chores.
Server, Yogurt Stop, Salt Lake City, Utah (2011 – 2014): Responsibilities included
cashier, prepared drinks (smoothies, tea, etc.), operated/cleaned yogurt machines,
open/close store.

provided direction to students, sorted mail.

2016): Graduated with riding master 3 with a mix of English and western riding
discipline. Learned training techniques, farrier skills and horse health along with
teaching and training.
