For over 15 years, XRC Resources has achieved success in various chains of
businesses. From pawnshops and money exchange, franchised food outlets, resort
hotel and restaurants, XRC Resources eventually expanded its services and
responded to more demand-driven markets.

With the business acumen, innovativeness and innate entrepreneurial spirit of


proprietors – Alex and Aida Cruz – we were able to navigate our company to reach
new heights despite risk and stiff market competition. In doing such, we also helped
in uplifting the lives of people in the communities where our malls are situated.

Following the building of small-scale commercial buildings in Marikina City, we


initially ventured into the establishment of community malls is fast growing cities and
municipalities in Rizal Province like Antipolo City, Morong, Angono, Tanay, Taytay,
Binangonan and Montalban. Patterned after the strip malls in the United States,
these establishments were designed to bring convenience and accessibility to
customers. Of all businesses handled by XRC Resources, these community malls
were seen as the most promising, having leaders in the retail and food industry as its
major tenants.

These community malls, which have been fully operational for the past ten
years, are being occupied by retail industry giants such as SM Savemore Market,
Robinson’s Supermarket, National Bookstore, Watsons, Jollibee, Chowking,
Shakey’s, Goldilocks Bakeshop, Kodak, LBC, Western Union, Cebuana
Lhuillier, Pandayan Bookshop, Rusty Lopez, among others. In some of our malls,
you will find Mcdonald’s, Classic Savory, Mercury Drug Store, Japan Homes,
Otto Shoes, Gibi Shoes, Penshoppe, Bench and RRJ Jeans.
