 4. Is the work station well-ventilated and illuminated by dusting
lamps/bulbs, replacing non-functional lamps and keeping exhaust clean?
 5. Are computer set-monitor, CPU, keyboards, mouse- free, unnecessary
markings, dust; cables and plugs are in order; well-arranged; all items
functional?
 6. Is the air containing Equipment function properly, free from dust/rust?

 7. Is the Tool Room free from dust, not damp? Are the tools and
equipment’s in appropriate positions/locations, with visible
labels/signage? Are the Logbook and forms complete, in order and
updated? Is the light and ventilation ok?
 8. Is wash area cleaned and checked properly?

 9. is the computer laboratory and work station cleaned and maintained by


sweeping/ removing dirt, dust and other refuse, impounded water,
clearing pathways of obstructions? Is the waste segregation system
followed
