having three consecutive operational efficiency audits with 100% score. In the same role, I
have also achieved the prestigious ROLEX challenge for maintain highest standards across
three critical dimensions of the business. Currently, I work in Caltex Retail as an operations
manager and have taken over new responsibilities in customer service environment. While
completing my Master degree in UNSW, I have worked with the UNSW IT team for smoother
transition over the new Microsoft cloud 360 platforms. My job in the It team was to
communicate with various departments and make sure that the staff and students experience
easy transition to the new platform.

trust “Transformation of Society through Engineering and technology”, where I have

• • During my bachelor degree, I have been the students team for Human Resource
