When performing commissioning
 Verify motor rotation direction for close & open position.
 Run Test, record voltage amps in both direction, verify
valve fully opens & closes & the stop limit switches
operate correctly, torque limits are set correctly to open &
close.
 Verify the indicating lamps are operating as per valve
position.
