RHUENA K. BIALA, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, with residence and
postal address at 158 Bengao Bakakeng Central, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as
FIRST PARTY;
BETTY B. DELMAN, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizens, with residence and
postal address at 183 Bengao Bakakeng Central, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as
SECOND PARTY;
JANE B. CUDALAP, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal
address at Bengao, Bakakeng Central, Baguio City, hereinafter referred to as
THIRD PARTY;
The PARTIES are the co-owners of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 018-2018000757, containing an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Eight
(2,668) Square Meters more or less, situated in Res. Sec. “J”, City of Baguio. Their
ownerships are derived from the Unilateral Absolute Deed of Sale of a portion of registered
land executed by the registered owner CAROLYN L. DE VERA in their favor and the same
is duly notarized before the faith of Atty. Ologen D. Dao-Ayan, docketed in his notarial
registry as Doc No. 355; Page No.72; Book No. 40; Series of 2018.
That the afore-stated lot had already been subdivided between the parties into NINE
(9) parts, as could be shown by the technical descriptions of the lot and the approve survey
plan, as follows:
