1. INTRODUCTION

Legend Online Reporting solution is an evolving program updated weekly. It is a process available to be used by
any Legend Customer and is considered a direct replacement for Legend’s Citrix Reporting Solution, and utilises
our latest technology. The breadth of information is huge and any potential for data correction can revised and
corrected in a short time span. If you are in receipt of this update and are not currently using the Online
Reporting Solution, and wish to do so, please contact Legend Support.

1.1. GENERAL

General updates and changes to existing datasets.

1.1.1. ADDITIONAL COST CENTRE FIELDS ADDED TO CREDIT NOTES

Within the Credit Notes dataset the column of Cost Centre has been added to allow the appropriate GL code
that the credit note is associated to, to be accurately reportable

1.1.2. EXPIRED AMOUNT ADDED TO CREDIT NOTES

The Credit notes dataset now includes any expired credit notes. Where there is a credit associated to the
members account but has passed its inactive date

1.1.3. FACTONLINEINCOME NOW CORRECTLY INCLUDES PAYMENTS FOR MANUALCHARGES

THAT WERE PAID ONLINE

An update was applied to the factOnlineIncome internal dataset, which added CardType to show any payments
that where made online

1.2. STANDARD REPORTS

Additions to the Standard reports section.

1.2.1. CHEQUE USAGE PREVIOUS MONTHS

A standard report has been generated in response to the ability to print on the reverse side of cheques (With an
appropriate printer). This report includes the entered date, Site name, Cheque Number, Transaction reference,
and Income amount.
