Activity
This activity, the students will critically think of a short
one-minute solo. Each student will be given a basic
story line to interpret. Each student is required to come
up with a diverse set of movements that incorporate
shapes, lines, quick and slow movement, and explore
the different levels of the stage. The students must also
choose music of their choice, however with no lyrics, to
perform their solo. They will be using the internet on
their school-given laptops and will use Spotify for free.

offer advice or help to those who need.
Technology The technology that they will use is Spotify on the
internet. Allowing them to have access to free music
approved by the school.
Directions for Use 1: Open the internet browser: Safari, Internet
Explorer, Chrome, etc.
2: In the search bar at the top, type in
www.spotify.com
3: Once arrived on the page, log-in with your email
account, if already you have an account. If not, create
an account following the steps.
