- As a class, do your best to finish the coverage for the day. He will give an
integration lecture for that night and that lecture will be vital for the exams. Be
sharp in answering sa recit, ayaw nya mabagal sumagot.
- Don’t piss him off. TURN OFF YOUR DAMN PHONES. (We learned the hard way.)
- Origs all the way, but comprehensive digests may work. Be particular with dates if
the topic is prescription, otherwise, don’t pay too much attention to unnecessary
details in cases. If the topic is venue, make sure you remember the places.
- Make sure you memorize the provisions for Jurisdiction (for recit and for exams).
Take note of the amounts based on the amended law.
- Read Riano book, but rely more on codal and cases. Memorize the codal
provisions, if possible. Kainin mo yung codal.
- Exams are case-based, minor tweaks.
Negotiable - General Rule: Does not fail (He failed a student once because he went out to the
Instruments restroom but did not come back); grade range is 75-80.
MERCADO - Memorize provisions. Yun lang talaga. Mahirap aralin ‘tong subject na ‘to kasi ang
boring nya talaga.

- Digest-able.
Property - Reference: Paras, Property
AMPIL - Does NOT curve.
- Memorize provisions. He will give the assignments in advance, so study that.
- Be alert in class. He usually asks people to discuss provisions one by one, so listen
to the one reciting. Pag maling provision mabasa mo, upo ka agad (matic 70).
- It would help to note down salient points about the provision on the codal itself,
para pag pina-discuss sayo yung provision na may titignan ka na notes tas yun na
lang sabihin mo.
- Be creative with examples. Pag isla yung nasa book, wag mo na gamitin yung isla,
pwede naman raw kanin or pizza.
- For exams: Codals and cases (case-based yung exam). May bonus sya sa exams,
pero deds. If tama ka sa lahat, plus 5, if may mali, minus 5. Don’t bother unless
walking thesaurus ka.
- For recits, one case per person. Usually, half of the class would recite on cases,
the other half on provisions. Digest-able.
- Possible to get high 80s to 90s.
Sales - Mabait si sir mag-grade, kupal lang sya as a prof. Mabait raw sya as a person
GULAPA though.
- Possible to get high 80s.
- No gadgets, no books, no photocopies allowed in class. Only handwritten notes
may be placed on your desks. He will check your notes randomly (iikot sya sa
class, so better be careful if you’re going to bring photocopies).
- Just follow the CLV Sales Outline and the flow of the CLV book. Be very particular
about the words used. Ayaw nya kahit synonym. Bookish sya sobra, pero di sya
aamin.
- Anticipate all possible questions, and don’t take to heart yung paglubog mo sa lupa
 pag ininsulto ka na. Ganyan talaga yan. Digest-able, pero may insulto na “oh ano,
nakalagay sa digest yan?”
- For exams, I studied all cases and codal provisions. Get a copy of the Crombonds
or yung reviewer ni Sir Arpee. Again, be very particular with the terms used.
- Dress up. Mabait sya sa maganda saka pogi.
- Crush nya si Sam Milby. Dalhin nyo sa class kung kaya nyo. Yung class dati, may
video message sa kanya. Walang bumagsak.
- Mahilig sya sa Cebu lechon. Yun lagi pinapakain namin sa kanya last sem.
Hahaha.
Credit Transactions - Dasal lang.
JSP - Wala masyado cases. Just study the laws assigned for the day and the case if
meron man.
- No need to buy a book, pwede gadgets. Bring a codal to class, might help. Gawin
mong bible.
- Walang daily grind, pero 80% yung finals. Super grind for this. Deliks e.
- NEVER, EVER PASS SA RECIT.
- Don’t dress too girly.
- Study for the exam AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE. Super grind.
Land Titles - Only chill class this sem. Don’t take him for granted.
PADILLA - No book. May powerpoint si sir sa laptop nya, pero di nya papakita sa inyo.
- Wag kayo pahalata na nagsusulat kayo for Sales.
- Study the samplex and quizzler.
Agency - Parang Gulapa raw in terms of intensity.
COCHINGYAN - Get Clarence Tiu’s notes.
- Good luck.

- [Belle]Verbatim siya sa codal, read origs tho pwede naman yung magandang
digests (orig pa rin tho kung kaya), follow the CLV syllabus lang. Yun gamit niya :)
Nagmamaganda yang subject na yan, parang 3-4 units hahaha pero magaling si
