MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

OF

BACHELOR IN MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE ELEMENTARY EDUCATION IV

The Bachelor in Mathematics and Science Elementary Education IV

(BMSEE- IV) hereby propose an internal agreement between its classroom officers
and its members. In every activity to be held by the Student Government and in
every classroom meetings to be conducted by the classroom Mayor, everybody
must attend and participate. Failure to do so will be penalized with 50 pesos.
Students with valid reason will be excused provided that he/she must present valid
evidence such as medical certificate and alike. This money will be used for the
materials needed when there are activities to be conducted by the Student
Government and on any other school related requirements. Failure to pay the said
penalty, the Mayor will be authorize not to sign the offender’s clearance to the
respective signatories. This will be effective within this academic year 2018-2019.

Pursuant to this, I, as one of the student of Bachelor in Mathematics and

Science Elementary Education IV do hereby agree and acknowledge this
memorandum of agreement.
