 Attendance Policy:- (Only for Office Staff)

 Working hours:-

 Each of employees will put minimum 9 hours a day (including lunch time) distributed as 6 days
each week. Sunday will be weekly off day.
 In general, office timing is from 09:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs from Monday to Saturday.
 Arrival between 9.30 to 09:45 will be marked as late mark. After every 3 late marks in a month, 15
Rs. Per day deducted. Each of employees will put minimum 9 hours a day (including lunch time)
distributed as 6 days each week. Sunday will be weekly off day.
 In general, office timing is from 09:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs from Monday to Saturday.
 Completing 8 hrs a day is compulsory for every employee.
 Arrival between 9.30 to 09:45. After 09:45 will be marked as late.
 All entry and exit timings will be monitored with the help of Access control system.
 Every employee leaving office premises, for any reason / or for work, entry should be made in
official register. The prior consent from HR or Management is essential for leaving office for official
work.
 As a policy we do not encourage early going and late coming for any personal reason during office
hours. If required in that case employees can take half day leave with prior intimation to Team
Lead & HR.

 Each of employees will put minimum 12 hours a day (including lunch time) distributed as 6 days
each week. Tuesday will be weekly off day.
 Arrival between 8.30 to 10:00 will be marked as late mark. After every 3 late marks in a month, half
day leave deducted.
 Completing 12 hrs a day is compulsory for every employee.
 Arrival between 8.30 to 10.00. After 10.00 will be marked as late.
 All entry and exit timings will be monitored with the help of Access control system.
 Every employee leaving office premises, for any reason / or for work, entry should be made in
official register. The prior consent from HR or Management is essential for leaving office for official
work.
 As a policy we do not encourage early going and late coming for any personal reason during office
hours. If required in that case employees can take half day leave with prior intimation to Team
Lead & HR.

 Arrival between 8.30 to 09.30 will be marked as late mark. After every 3 late marks in a month, half
day leave deducted.
 Completing 8 hrs a day is compulsory for every employee.
 Arrival between 8.30 to 09:30. After 09:30 will be marked as late.

 Common policy (For Every Employees)

 Leave Policy

 If the leave is taken on both sides of holidays or weekly off, then holidays, weekly off will be
counted as leave days.
 Employees are expected to give prior intimation to Team lead and HR before availing any leave
except it’s an emergency.
 In case of emergency office should be informed accordingly. In case Team Lead and HR is not
informed about any leave such leave will be marked as unpaid.

 Leave without intimation

 Any leave taken without intimation or without pre or post sanction will be an unpaid leave &
25 Rs .per leave deducted every employee will be required to inform his superior & HR/ Admin
about his/ her absence and should submit leave approved leave application to HR/ admin.
 Holiday Policy

 There will be 8 paid holidays during the calendar year. All those will be regional holidays. This
holiday should not be in continuation with any other leaves.

 Other Policy

 If any employee mispunch. After every 3 mispunch in a month 25 Rs. Deducted every
mispunch.
 If any employee’s card misplaced or not work than new card issued charge 50 Rs.
 If any workers without permission go out on work time that time his/her absence considers.
